Logan did a pretty good job taking care of us, even though we spent way to much money on tires and 1 rim, we were disappointed that the tires on our car had a 50k warranty and we only received $50 for each tire we paid over $200 each for since they only had 29k miles on them.

Ordered tires through their website for our RV. Brought them home and put them on the rv. As soon as we pulled out we were getting a bad vibration and the trailer was jumping. This obviously makes for a very dangerous situation for me, my family, and anyone else on the road. Balancing tires is a very easy process (I used to work in a tire shop) but the guy that did it botched it. Will not be back. Had to stop at another location and rebalance tires. Tech said they were wayyy off.

I had ordered tires 5 days ahead of my appointment. I showed up and the tires hadn't arrived. They didn't inform me of that. I wasted 10 gallons of gas and had to cancel my weekend plans. If I had known the tires weren't there I could have gotten them somewhere else.

Customer service is good; however, in my limited experience: this company offers handsome e-rebates on orders that they 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 fulfill in order to generate leads and get feet in the doors to push a different product at retail price. "Discount" is a misnomer.

Had a tire that had a nail to close to the edge, went here since they're close to me and would need replacement tire. We'll don't bother if you have Fidelity tire protection. The employees clearly don't want to bother with it and proceeded to tell me Good luck and that Fidelity is closed Saturday. Well for a place that was closed I got them to answer and approve a tire on this Saturday without any issues elsewhere and not a dealership. So won't be back for my other vehicles tire needs. Proof Fidelity approved my claim included in this review if Corp even cares, with today's date.
Note: if you don't want to dick with it just say you don't and won't accept it. Don't try lie about it, Fidelity is open Saturdays and another shop had zero issues getting it approved today and within a few minutes.

I brought my car in today when I got a flat tire. After the replacement, I got home and noticed that they replaced the original tire cap with a cheap plastic kind without telling me.
I had all the original tire caps for the 5 years that I’ve had this car until today after I brought it in. I called them to ask my technician to look for it but he said he couldn’t find it and that the car didn’t have the original cap, which does not make any sense since all the original tire caps are still on.
I’ve been going here for years and haven’t had problems until now. I am not sure why they are suddenly having issues but it is very disappointing that they are not careful with little things like this when I entrust them with my property.

This place is awesome. Our family has purchased several sets of tires from them for multiple different cars. They are always polite and helpful, even with something as simple as a tire repair. If you're looking for a specific brand they will do their absolute best to help you find it. Most of our vehicles use Continental or Michelin Tires every time I have purchased from them they have been the best pricing.

Strictly based on whoever the manager is. Some bald guy. We asked to buy 2 new tires and take them else where to have them put on because they are extremely overpriced to put them on, and the gentleman made it clear the only way we could buy them is if they put them on. The way he responded was EXTREMELY unprofessional and they would rather lose money.

I believe this was my third purchase of tires at your store. This was my first on-line/delivery purchase. When my tires arrived, the store called me and told me I could come on a day earlier than my appt and they would work me in. I chose to come in earlier when the store opened and they installed my tires quicker than any place I've ever been. On my previous visits, everyone was very nice. I've never had any complaints. But on this visit, it was surreal. Everyone was over-the-top nice. Like, the Truman show. At least four people came out to the lobby to tell me that everything was going great and the car should be ready soon. I was waiting for some sales pitch or a "you need new blinker fluid." But, no. Whatever it is you're doing, whether its' your corporate mission or this store manager is a great leader, I can't say that I've ever been treated so nicely and promptly at any other business. Wow.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Arrived shortly before opening and was impressed to see them firing on all cylinders getting customers processed and tire needs addressed in such organized and expedited fashion. Would recommend to anyone.
