The employee Christina was the most disrespectful, rude and ignorant person I have ever encountered. I was shopping minding my business and there were roll tainers everywhere blocking the shelves I had to lean against one to be able to see what was on the shelf when I did she scolded me and told me not to take anything off of the rolltainer I explained that that was t what I was doing, she repeated it again and I said that wasn't what I was doing then she said I can't deal with the attitude. She needs to be careful speaking to people like that because she might not get someone as patient with her as I was. The store was disgusting and trashed. I was embarrassed for them.

Tina and Willie went above and beyond great customer service today. As well as always being polite and professional. They both deserve a raise.

The price they charge at the register are never the same as the posted prices! Most of the staff are rude, they don't speak or make you feel welcome. Just walk around scowling, the girl that checked me out was talking on her phone the entire time. I'll drive a little further to family dollar from now on!

They're always great! On top of their game??. That new Snapple is there and it's awesome. Also no EBT/SNAP "blacktax" games... food items are "food items" no ?? and the price you see first is the PRICE! I appreciate that, an honest Merchant unlike? Walgreens...

Love Dollar General! Whenever I go to a city I don't normally visit, cause it's to far, I use maps to find any that may be near where I'm at, so all Gainesville Dollar Generals rock!! They have so much more, even better things, than my side of town. This one is chocked full of home goods, adult & children toys, clothes, fun items, produce. Just awesome
