I can say I hate going to dollar general they are rude and it's messy . BUT TODAY I WAS SO HAPPY . THIS GENTLEMAN NAMED AKEENER ROBERSON AT STORE 16564 WAS THE MOST HELPFUL, POLITE , and Didn't make me carry heavy things he took my stuff with out thinking to the register told me I got you and I was so happy he works there i will only go there when he works what a great guy his momma did it right and he's cute as heck lol . You rock kiddo

The store Was literally a mess. I came in to do some shopping and the isles were blocked With merchandise that had to be shelved . In some of the clothing isles, the clothes, were a mess all over floor s I will avoid going to the store in the future . This is definitely a corporate problem . I talked with a cashier there, and he said they don’t want to give enough hours to employees . Whatever their management structure is, the CEO needs to be fired. If someone comes and trips and fall with all the mess there, they will have a nice lawsuit .

I used to like going in the store because the customer service was great but now they have nothing but prejudice white folks in like Denise and whoever the worker was that left 10:30 Friday morning (TODAY)They WAS RUDE AS HELL! THEY ONLY SPOKE TO PEOPLE OF THEIR COLOR...(Grow Up)We putting money on your check!

Since the new store manager (Amanda) has taken over the store in the last year and a 1/2 it's been a pleasant experience to shop there. I do have to say the Employees for the most part are very courteous. I will say they have the worst district manager of all times The district manager does not seem like a pleasant guy at all he seems like a real jackass I witnessed him Belittling the manager and employees At the store and I shop there all the time I live right across the street that is my go to store for everything If they were to get a new district manager It would be more pleasurable to shop there. The nice manager lady was very helpful . I believe some lady named Andrea was also very helpful. They need a new district manager because this guy is like I said,not a very pleasant person.

It has what you'd expect in a Dollar General, however the organizational skills of the employees needs work and they seem to not care about the store looking clean and acceptable. Stacks of boxes and product yet to be stocked has been sitting in the store isles for days requiring detours down different isles just to get to a product you'd like. Also not pictured are quite a few products in the wrong areas above incorrect price tags, and some opened products. At least the employees are nice I guess.Also occasionally there will be someone sitting outside begging.Oh also if the power goes out even for a few seconds, the store is closed for the rest of the day for some reason.
