“The best dollar general in town. Its always clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and greets you. The store manager is on point at all times. That woman does a dang good job at running that location! Thats the only one ill go to and its the furthest from my house.”
“This store is well stocked and very clean. Those women in there works very hard. The lines move very fast and the workers show excellent customer service. The only problem is that there buggies doesn't go outside so I had to go get my vehicle closer to the door and one of the employees there came outside and took a picture of my vehicle and said I could not park there. I explained to her I have almost $150.00 in items some are heavy, and I needed to be closer if it wasn't for those 2 problems I would have given them a 5 star.”
“This Dollar Tree has been transformed into a clean, organized, well-stocked store under the direction of the new Manager Ally. The change is palpable the minute you walk in. During our visit this past Friday, my sister and I knew something had radically changed for the better. Traveling down the aisles was shocking because of the cleanliness and the orderliness of the store. I sought out the person who was in charge and congratulated Manager Ally on the store's transformation. Manager Ally is friendly and competent, and this organization is fortunate to have her in this location.
I seldom shopped at that store because the floors were dirty, the inventory was sparse, the disorganization was evident throughout the store, and the employees were too busy to run a register. I am not sure how the district manager of store 135 allowed this substandard shopping experience that lost many customers.

“I stopped in the other day just for a few baking/ kitchen things. You can tell they're trying, people were stocking, coolers were full, drinks were cold and available upfront, and to top it off our cashier was delightful. Good job.”

Visited to pick up dog food, needed help since it was my first time there, i think, her name was Angela, she was so sweet and took me to it even though she didn't have to.
Place was clean and checkout was quick.

“It’s an average DG store- overstocked shelves, but has everything you need, once you ask where to find it. Friendly staff and very helpful! The appearance outside may give you pause though! Frequently trash in the lot, a glass panel to the store is covered with cardboard, and panhandling is ramped.”
“Love Dollar General! Whenever I go to a city I don't normally visit, cause it's to far, I use maps to find any that may be near where I'm at, so all Gainesville Dollar Generals rock!! They have so much more, even better things, than my side of town. This one is chocked full of home goods, adult & children toys, clothes, fun items, produce. Just awesome”
“I can say I hate going to dollar general they are rude and it's messy . BUT TODAY I WAS SO HAPPY . THIS GENTLEMAN NAMED AKEENER ROBERSON AT STORE 16564 WAS THE MOST HELPFUL, POLITE , and Didn't make me carry heavy things he took my stuff with out thinking to the register told me I got you and I was so happy he works there i will only go there when he works what a great guy his momma did it right and he's cute as heck lol . “I found almost everything I was looking for. The store was organized the very best part of my trip to this dollar tree this morning was Miss Evelyn very lovely lady. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. She was calm, professional, yet friendly, so polite and just the way she interacted with the customers it was such an easy flow of things customer after customer she made that line move so fast and made it seem so effortless. “I've been here maybe 7 times and Ive always found the products I need are in stock. I can tell the people who work here are amazing because most other dollar generals have empty shelves, missing products, or lazy employees. Not here though. Usually whenever I walk in or while I'm shopping I'm greeted or asked if I need assistance finding something. The employees here are absolutely amazing so I prefer going to here and paying a little more than walmart prices.”

“Poorly stocked. Many shelves empty. They have items that are not $1.25 in places that are mixed in with the dollar items. They are not always marked up. You won’t know until your items are rung up. Pay attention or you will wonder why your total is higher than expected. The cashier was friendly and show me on my receipt that some items were $3 and a beverage that was $2.75. Stay alert at the register.”
