Dr. Richard L. Nesmith, M.D., D.M.D., and his team provide incredible, life-changing care with awesome expertise. Patients report being very pleased and highly recommend him, feeling comfortable and supported throughout the entire process from start to finish. Many people there are awesome, including a detailed and great APRN and a sweet young girl at the front office. However, the office manager is consistently described as straight rude, unkind, and unfriendly with zero smile or warmth, which is a complaint for some. Overall, patients are very happy with their experience and transformative results.

Neismith is awesome! Many people there are awesome…However, I gave a four because their front office lady(office manager I believe)is straight rude. I can't say enough good things about Brad Nesmith. I love their staff they are so sweet & friendly. He took such good care of me during my breast augmentation and lift. Very informative. I will be back for other services offered
