Wonderful place to stay right off the interstate. Very clean hotel. Helpful, professional staff. Comfortable room and bed. Good coffee and breakfast. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Actually had a nice shower head too.
Safety: Well lit parking lot and hotel. Front doors close at 11pm without room key.

After booking, the hotel called me 6 hrs later & told me that 6 other people booked the same room at the same time and that I had been booked "last", so they wanted to put me in another room. Sounds like I was just getting booted from the suite I had booked under the guise of accommodating someone else. Completely unprofessional!
I was already skeptical because when I stayed there last week I had to move rooms three times due to bed bugs, mold, and they overcharged me. Also there was no flow in the sink. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

What's not to like??? I'm here, in Gainesville, Florida, undergoing cancer treatment. A five star review is a no brainer! I can't say enough about the friendly, professional, hard working staff here at The Drury Inn. "Stellar" is the only word that comes to mind. Thanks Drury Inn for making an unpleasant situation pleasant. Everyone I've spoken to, who is staying here, is in agreement. You deserve this extra star "⭐"!

I truly believe that my experience could have been better if the following did not occur. Let me start with the good part. The hotel was nice along with the staff. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Food was excellent and I was grateful for the location of restaurants and proximity of our Convention Church.
Now the horrible part. There were dogs allowed in the hotel and they were seated in food serving area and were on furniture eating out of plates, shaking and leaving hair all over the food area. This was unsanitary and disgusting as hair was everywhere. I refused to eat at the food serving place. In addition, I was on the elevators with stink dogs that licked me and I am not a dog lover due to allergies. It is not fair to us that have allergies and had to deal with unruly dogs. Lastly, the elevator was out of service for the weekend like 3 days and everyone had to share one elevator that took an hour or more to enter or exit the elevator. There should have been a priority for getting the elevator repaired but it was not. Corporate should have stepped in and taken over the above problems. Otherwise, the hotel visit would have been nice. Again, DOGS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED WHERE FOOD IS SERVED AND PEOPLE ARE EATING. Please provide garbage bags in the containers.
Rooms: They were nice and clean. However, they do not provide trash bags in the container. You just put food and other things in an empty container which is nasty.
Nearby activities: Nice places to visit that were close by.I
Safety: I felt safe.
Walkability: You could walk to nearby stores and restaurants.
Noteworthy details: Dogs were seated at the Food entry for customers and ate food from the plates. NASTY!!!!

I could not find anything wrong. Best hotel I have ever stayed in for the best value.
1. Clean room
2. Soft comfortable bed and pillows, clean smelling sheets.
3. Free restaurant quality breakfast and dinner including 3 free drinks per person.
4. Amazing pool and large hot tub pool (seats 20 people)
5. USB ports in rooms for charging.
6. EVERY staff member was friendly and greeting.
7. Nice bathroom with good lighting.
We didn't want to leave.

Stayed here for work. Breakfast and light dinner provided and coffee 24/7. I was usually the only one in the gym. Pool has a covered area. I would stay here again!

My first time staying here was an amazing experience, all the delicious food during kick back and breakfast was amazing. Close to all kinds of stores for your needs. Was next to highway but you can't really tell until you're outside. I will definitely come back and look for a Drury inn wherever i go out of town.

Located right off exit. Close to shopping and food, walking distance. I came to town for a birthday party and needed to be close. Loved the rooms, service, breakfast & kickback drinks they serve! Worth the $. Room was clean and comfy beds.
