It was a great experience, ordered online, and went to the store to pick it up. I had no problem getting my purchase, and I ended up buying my son a jacket!! Plus, the two pairs of Jordan's that I had ordered for him??

I simply LOVE the staff at DTLR!!! The customer service is beyond expected and the environment is always warm and friendly. The store manager Sharron and assistant manager Quinshay have went out of the way to place orders for me when the item wasn't available in the store. For the reasons mentioned as well as the great selection of styles.... DTLR is my FAVORITE shoe source.
