Finding a new salon when you move is never easy, especially when you have trust issues with your hair. Since moving to Gainesville last year I took my time finding a salon, and couldn't be happier with Eden Michelle Salon. They recommend a few stylists based on a questionarre, and they couldn't have been more on point. Gina inherited an out if state purple formula and adapted based on my hair needs and wishes. I have been very happy with how my hair turns out each time because Gina is fabulous. So if you're new in town or have been around but looking for thoughtful treatment check out this place!

I wasn't able to make an appointment, so I attempted a walk-in, as I was desperate for someone to cut my curly hair. Shan happened to be available (later I found out she was about to leave for the day, but agreed to see me when I walked in, which was so generous of her!) Shan doesn't call herself a curly hair expert by name, but I think she definitely is! She cut my hair that was terribly uneven, then taught me how to finger coil my curls and introduced me to new products. The curls she did in my hair lasted 3 DAYS!! A few days later, I texted the salon to see how I could contact her to find out exactly which products she used so I could purchase them, and she called me back within 5 minutes! Shan is generous, personable, and has excellent skill. While it was difficult to get in touch with anyone at this salon (thus the 4 stars, sorry :-(, I highly recommend Shan!!

Not what I wanted. Don't get me wrong the energy, and staff are amazing. I came in with my hair different colors, and wanted one solid color. I had discussed that, and then let them do their thing cuz they are the professionals. Once finished my roots were darker than the rest of my hair. Looked the same as when I came in just darker. They saw I wasn't really liking it, and offered me to come back, and take care of it. I paid in full, and tipped 40%. Come back, and they brighten my roots with bleach. It came out really bright, but my edges were blonde, my roots orange, and the rest of my hair is darker.... it was free, and I still tipped!! Spent about $280. I gave it a couple days, and I really don't like it...

First off, you walk in and the salon is beautiful. I got my hair cut by Cole, who is a wonderful listener and really brought my hair back to life. The shampoo chairs were actually comfortable and the whole experience made me feel like a celebrity. 10/10 will be returning

Absolutely love this salon! I booked an appointment with Gina and she was nothing but fantastic! Not only did she also give me an amazing highlight and lowlight hair color and cut but she was so great to converse with. She also gave me a lot of input of what I wanted to do with my hair and helped guide me to what I envisioned. Iāve been looking for a hairstylist I love for a long while now. So glad I finally found Gina!

I live in a ponytail. My postpartum hair had no shape or life and I just didnāt feel like myself when it was down. With my first visit at Eden Michele, Dillon helped me feel good about my hair and gave me my confidence back to wear it down all day! Highly recommend this salon and happy to have found āmy placeā in Gainesville for my hair.

Dillon was perfect! This was my first haircut in over a year and I was struggling with major postpartum hair loss. She gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and kept the āquiet appointmentā calm and relaxing for this tired new momma. After 6 years of living in Gainesville, Iāve finally found my go-to hair dresser!
