If I could give zero stars I would. The ONLY service I would recommend is eyebrow arching and tint. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FUNGUS!!! Three of my nails have it!

$65 for toenails i could have done myself! So sick of yall have these inexperienced nail techs!! If you can lay aimole acrylic on the big toe, then you dont need to be soong them period! Literally looks like my niece pollowhed my toes. EYE BROWS only for this place! All the good people sit around on their damn phone all day and pass off any walk ins to the people that barely know anything! Toes were chipping before i even got in my car and thats supposed to be gel!

Not worth it. They just charged my daughter 45 dollars for a 25 minute pedicure. So bad. Don't waste your money

I went to get my nails done by KELLY. I walked in wasn’t greeted . She told me “GO HOME” I will NEVER patronize a business like this! What I should’ve told her is GO BACK TO CHINA because without the US customers . She’s NOTHING:)

I went to get my toes done for my birthday and eyelash strips. The guy who initially did my toes, regular polish no designs and white, left it so streaky and another guy had to redo it. The eyelash strips came off within a couple of hours and were put so high above my natural lash line that there was a gap. It was my first time wearing false lashes. Very rushed process and poor quantity. Several staff are on their phones really loud and it's hard to relax

They didn't take their time to do my nail art and I had to ask for a second coat of glitter to be put on then only one clear top coat was put on and 3 of my nails had clipped that same day. Will not be going back.

Absolutely horrific I asked for a soak off and the lady with the glasses cut my REAL AND NATURAL nails in half , made me bleed , and then made me pay full price

Pedicure was great but eyebrow tint didn’t last more than 2days. $25 wasted and they said they don’t fix them after 3days. I came on Saturday 11/30 and came in 12/3 to get my pinky toe redone because the gel came off and the tint.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. They didn’t file my nails, can’t make a coffin shape, took 2 hours to do my nails, laughing in our face because we’re saying to do the right thing, my nails can make someone bleed because of how sharp they are. IVE NEVER seen such a bad place I can’t believe it do NOT COME HERE.

Piss poor experience. I have been coming to this establishment for 2 years regularly every 2-3weeks and of course the customer service could be a little better but the disrespect I have experienced today is more than unacceptable! I arrived to fix my nail as I recently broke it at work. I walked in and no one greeted me I spoke with someone and said I needed to fix a nail the person I spoke with looked around and reluctantly got up. As she began my fixing my nail more customers walked in. She greeted them and asked what they wanted of course and then told me to get up and go to someone else as if I was some trash that she couldn’t be bothered with. The next person barely filed my nail put the gel top coat and literally got up and left to service someone else. when I looked at my nails it gave distant cousins and not twins. I literally sat there because ain’t no way I’m being treated like this. So after some time someone finally spoke to me and said I think you’re finished to which I replied I am not because my nail still needs to be fixed. They then began to chatter in their native language and left me sitting there and after 10mintues the original person can and fixed my nail. I will not EVER return and I suggest whoever is reading this and made it this far NEVER EVER EVVER come here. Thank you.
