I recently called to get my car towed and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. I do not recommend this service if you want to get your car properly towed.

My car was towed by Elite Towing under what seems to be illegal circumstances. The lack of communication and questionable practices make them an unreliable choice. I advise seeking alternatives to avoid unnecessary frustration or fees, like 'admin' or 'gate' fees.

Excellent service, I broke down in Waldo Fl with my 1ton dually, the sent a rollback, the driver Andrew was so polite and a pleasure to deal with. Once the truck was delivered to the dealership, the secretary called me up on the phone and I paid the $185 bill. They are a real pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service. I got stuck in terrible sugar sand near Hawthorne a few days ago, and Mr. Jeff came out in the middle of the night to come pull me free. Took a bit of work because the sand was so awful but he never gave up, and eventually got me free. 10/10 highly recommendService: Car towing

Truck layed down on us in Florida headed back to chatsworth pulling our camper . Called these guys and they were up for the challenge of getting our truck and camper back home safe around 6 hours away . Chris was great he showed up fast and got to loading the truck ,he knew what he was doing and one of the best I’ve seen and trust me owning some chevys I have seen a few . I don’t normally leave reviews on things but this wrecker service made a terrible day not so bad service all around was great . Price was fair for the distance for hauling a 99 k3500 4 door dually long bed 4x4 and a 26 foot camper with a single roll back. My penske rental broke down one hour from my final destination Jonathan arrived as soon as possible. Reassured me that My load was gonna be secure. He was very efficient and knowledgeable In his Field And we were on the road in a jiffy! In my opinion jonathan is a total professional in this field Extremely efficient and personable! Extremely polite and professional company. Kevin helped tow my car during my first incident with a car ever and calmed me down and explained my situation/options with kindness. He tried his absolute hardest to ensure that the car did not get damaged more while being towed out of an overflowed ditch. Extremely nice and kind employee, I am very grateful for him.

So thankful for Tow Driver Jerry!!! He was a gem in our moment/hours of need during an automotive crisis late Sunday afternoon!!! The desk person not nearly as friendly and certainly not compassionate considering our roadside emergency. Jerry to the rescue came to get our vehicle. Loaded it up promptly and got us to the tire shop in time for replacement tires to be installed!!! Thank you very much !!! He truly understands the meaning and execution of customer service. Please acknowledge Jerry for his outstanding service.

My grandson newly arrived in Gainesville to study and his truck wouldn't start 3 days after arrival. Elite came out and was able to get his truck going. My grandson said he was very efficient and even suggested that the truck might have another issue except the battery to get it checked out.Service: Battery service

We have been broke down on Co. Rd 18 in Ft. White for almost 24 hrs in the sweltering heat. This company agreed to come, tow us to Gainesville, for $100 over my insurance coverage! Then they cancelled the tow! No AC! HEAT INDEX well over 100°

This guy got my vehicle loaded up without me having to drive almost an hour away to meet him.I just met him at the drop off destination I wish there were more like him.Actually this was the second one from This company that was pretty amazing. He had to deal with another not so nice passenger that was seated beside me an yet he kept his mind on the road until he was dropped off.
