Made a reservation for a vehicle a week in advance. Arrived at the location and they didn’t have a car nor did they have any respect to call prior to me arriving notifying me they didn’t have a car. My recommendation is to only use Enterprise as last resort.

I had a reservation with budget but they had a mix-up too many cars were sent to Daytona. I called and made a reservation with Enterprise I was quoted $280, I arrived at the location checked in with the counter, then later was told the only thing available was a Jeep for $25 more a day . The clerk was friendly and fast. But it wound up being $417 which was way more than I had anticipated . The car was clean and I didn't have any issues.

The service alert was extremely helpful and professional, but as for the vehicle, there was no spare tire not told about the vehicle, and the Lord had mercy it was a nightmare rental from hell.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at west university location. I had a reservation for 1030 and I arrived 10 minutes prior to. No greeting upon entering the location
,and I had sat in lobby for about 20min waiting to be served. Their were a few customers ahead of me so I continued to wait patiently, So after every customer before me was helped and had left the establishment I was the only one still sitting there and still no one assisted me. All representatives proceeded to doing other tasks behind the desk such as discussing breakfast at 1030 in the morning only been open about an hour and a half.

Be aware of the amount of fuel in the vehicle when you rent one. Take a picture of the fuel gauge. They overcharge you when you return it even though you return it with the same amount of fuel you rented it with. Scam? Ask them to fill it up first.

When I arrived to the location there was no vehicle for me available. Apparently since I booked after hours over the phone, it still needed confirmation from the location. There should be a way for person on the phone to know if a vehicle will be available. Had to ask the employee if she could check over the phone at another location near by since it seem that she was done by just saying there was no vehicle that I requested available.It should have been done with out me having to ask. Then I’m told the other location has one and it’s ready for me. I get there do the paper work he goes to check it and said there was a spot missed on cleaning. Then takes it to the detail guys. I can see the monitor behind him that they are cleaning full the vehicle like it was not cleaned at all and had to wait on that also.

The car was nice. The reservation team will misinform you if you call. The deposit is 300 dollars non negotiable, plus you must pay your week up front. The payment in whole must come from the same source. You have to use one account. This is not an issue if you know up front, but I was told it was a $50 deposit by the reservation team. That's a BIG difference from $300.

My experience with this location has been excellent. The staff is courteous . It’s refreshing to see management get in to do whatever is necessary ( including washing cars) to assure you have an exceptional experience. Big kudos to this branch.

Really disappointing experience.
“Full size SUV” was not reserved and was informed “2 left” the morning I reserved pick up. Had to wait 50 minutes for them to bring the crossover suv which was entirely too small. No one seemed to care the vehicle was too small. Staff was unprofessional and playing rap music in the lobby. Honestly, the whole situation was off putting start to finish.
