I loved this place until yesterday. Haven't rented from anyone else but will never return. I went to renew a car, offered to buy it I loved the rental so much. Was laughed out of the store once, yelled at a second time and returned with my man and all of a sudden the employees know how to be respectful. never again.

I absolutely loved this place until my last rental. This was my go-to location for renting a vehicle for family trips and when I was in an accident and needed a vehicle for a month. However 2 weeks ago when I rented a Mazda CX-90 for a trip to Tennessee with my wife and kids my whole perception of this place and Enterprise in general changed. We got to Tennessee after driving from Gainesville FL and the tire pressure light came on. Took it to a tire shop to get free air put in the tire and they said all 4 tires had to be replaced. They only had 1 of the 21 inch tires in stock so we had to wait an hour for the local Enterprise to bring us a replacement vehicle. I informed the Gainesville location of the situation and all I got was that's good the local Enterprise was able to help you out, see you when you get back. I took my family up and down the Tennessee mountains, around very sharp turns, and in the pouring cold Tennessee rain. The rear tires were so bald the wires were showing and yes I have pictures to prove it. I'm just not posting them until I see how Enterprise handles this. I got an email to review my experience and I left a bad review with Enterprise themselves and requested someone contact me regarding this but nothing yet. I see the location tends to respond to the Google reviews so I guess we will see. If they reach out and we can come to a mutual agreement then I will update this review.

Alan Gu the manager was able to get us a nice clean car at the last minute. Later during the rental we needed to switch into a truck. Alan was able to arrange a truck at a different location even though he did not have any at the time. Great service.

They really help us and we're disabled so we need a car that we can easily get in and out of now one time before they knew we were disabled tried to give us a Wrangler Jeep. In order to use this automobile you need to be able to bend your knees to get up into it. And not be carrying two canes. 🤣

I am beyond happy to go back to them. They have a better variety of vehicles, which I needed to learn about the new ones. Adham and Maritza which I am sure I spelled her name wrong. Very sweet and got me in and out in no time! Recommended for sure! Thank you.

They did their job without issues or problems and actually helped me with the insurance company.
This time I didn't need help with the insurance company but everything was fine on their end. It was quick and efficient when they delivered the car to my location (body shop) and when I brought it back. Good job.

We had rented a car from another Enterprise dealership and it smelled like chlorine and was just not suitable for our trip. We went in to this location and spoke with manager Johnny and he went above and beyond to help us out. We got into a new vehicle and the whole process was quite painless. The staff was attentive and kind, and we cannot thank Johnny enough for saving our trip!
