I’ve been renting from this location for the past few weeks for work and had nothing but exceptional customer service. The store manager, Sam, has been more than willing to assist if theres an issue. Overall, they provide a transparent process and great customer service experience.

I have rented several times at the Williston Rd. Enterprise, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Customer service is stellar. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Vehicles are very nice and safe. The renting process is simple and quick, 10 minutes tops each time I've rented a vehicle. I will be renting from them again this February.

One star is too high. This location completely lied. Drove an hour out of our way, once we arrived our promised SUV was no longer available. Customer service is horrible at this location, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
