I was so disappointed with my purchase I literally spend 200 dollars on some super bad quality hair I lost my money I dint even use it since it was so bad that was the worst hair and what's worst is that they send one hole pack and then cut the hair in half so I looked like there where 3 to complete pack when it was 2 only it was super thin I dint even Use it for a sew in it was for Clip ins it's so thin it's not even worth it and the guy lied about shipment they are the worst hair company I have ever purchased from and it's not even real virgin hair it has more gray than anything they are scammers and Liars. Super poor quality DONT BUY FROM THEM

They are scammers online ! Idk about going into the store but they take your money when you order online through third party apps and never send product. I have reported them via the BBB and they have yet to respond or send me money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered hair from here and never received it! They never answer the phone, emails, or text messages! I have continuously been ignored by them but they managed to take my money. I needed my hair before my birthday and ended up having to spend more money somewhere else and wait 2 weeks until I can get my money refunded from my bank. I would not recommend buying from this business.

I ordered hair from them kept being promised to get a tracking number spent over $400 and no one would ever give me a tracking number had to wind up getting my money refunded I would not recommend anyone to order hair from them
