This place is great. They typically have one or two people working at a time. It’s a little more organized than some of the other family dollars in the area so that’s nice. Prices are fair as family dollar gets. They are typically open during hurricanes. So that’s nice if you need to go somewhere during those dangerous times because most places are indeed closed… but family dollar is about their dollar! Rain, or shine, they are on the grind! Even with flooded isles!

Came in to use the restroom and shop. There are zero signs along the walls to signify where the bathrooms are. I accidentally walked into the managers office trying to to find it. When I find the bathroom I discover I cannot even close the door behind me as there's no handle for the door on the inside. THEN because the door frame is warped the door won't shut all the way to lock behind. I had to use the bathroom desperately and had no choice but to use it with a door not securing me inside. After that I lost all desire to shop. Toilet paper roll was sitting on the floor. I picked it up and placed it in a more "sanitary" spot.

Great prices, friendly service, and the store is clean and well organized. Savannah is so efficient and personable! I'm really happy this store has stayed open, since I know
many were closed this year. It's easy in, easy out shopping. Perfect for a trip after work, too.

This store is terrible! Always closed during business hours, they never answer the phone and the store looks a mess! Things everywhere, no order.
I don’t understand why Main Street closed and this one still open. It’s poorly ran and I’d give no stars if I could.

Family dollar is a convenient place to get some things at a good price. There are no more Dollar stores. Everything costs more than dollar now candy, water, chips, gum, etc.???

Today at 11:15 when I was being checked out, the manager wasLoudly bawling out the cashier for something in front of all the customers and delivery people in the store! The cashier tried to explain twice but the manager just kept it up. It was so unprofessional! She obviously shouldn't be a manager since she doesn't know how to act in public. The cashier kept her cool. I commend the cashier.

The employee behind the cash register was beyond efficient and outgoing. She not only made sure that I had everything as I checked out but she also volunteered that if I bought 3 of the one certain item that I had in my cart that I would receive a significant discount (it was an actual 33% discount).Along with that I must say that this was one of the most efficient, clean, and well run Family Dollar stores that I have ever seen.

I was appalled! This store has a gangster thug running the checkout lane. This thug had his underpants hanging out for everyone to see! Gross! Also, he was playing gangster rap music with vulgar lyrics! The store is a total mess. Get it together! Until then, I won’t be back. I will be taking my business to Dollar General until this shop gets its act together, and shows class to the customers. Horrible!
