They couldn’t leave a note and knew where I lived and they couldn’t call me even though i provided my cell phone I have with me at all times; and they said they came 3 times but security has no recollection. I ask - would you trust FedEX?

A manage-like mister helped me to pack my item and explain everything about shipping it. Although the item contains battery this it can't be shipped in the center, that mister told me the pick-up procedure and gave me the number of the pick-up service. The price of the protective bubble was not cheap but considering the quality of it it's quite reasonable. To sum up, very satisfied experience!

If you need to ask a question or get help printing some forms and letterhead papers, stay away from this store. They are rude, and they absolutely will not help you. I left that place after getting nowhere, I immediately drove to Renaissance Printers, and they took care of my needs in a flash. I am not stepping foot in that Newberry office ever again. Good riddance.

I am an equine veterinarian who routinely (at least once a week) ships clinical samples through various FedEx locations to be overnighted to labs. When I tried to ship a sample today I was very rudely treated by the manager who refused to ship my sample (which is very time sensitive). I went to another FedEx location (Westside Postal Express) where it was confirmed that my samples were property packaged and I was able to ship them right away. Will not be going back to this location, still in awe of how rudely I was treated!

I went to their store on Newberry Road in Gainesville Florida, and I needed a document shipped overnight to Pompano Beach Florida. One of the attendants. Ask for my drivers license and charge me $11 and said it would be there the next day by 4:30 PM.. I just took his word for it when I got home the next day I tracked the document and lo and behold it wasn't to arrive at this destination until four days later. So immediately I called the store .so one gentleman said I can come in and get a credit on some thing else. When I came in the store three days later to get the credit, it was in the evening, and the same gentleman who told me that the document was going to arrive at Pompano Beach the next day, he told me he had no recollection of telling me anything about the next day. I spoke with the manager he was incompetent not very apologetic. In the future, I won't use FedEx ever again and if you have to go to that store, you make sure you double check the workers there, they are incompetent.

They do not print labels, and therefore I cannot send packages. They should not be listed as a FedEx store.

I give one star simply because after at least 30 min of being pushed off and told they can't find orders, Mary called me back and helped me. Not sure if Ricky is really a manager, hopefully not, but Mary certainly demonstrates what I expect of managers, and helped me. 5 stars for Mary and I hope the location can start assisting when she's not available.

The store was neat and clean and the staff very friendly. My last experience at a FedEx Kinko's was in Ft Lauderdale and this is 180 degrees from that. I'll be back!
