This company is terrible, if we did what they do in real life we would not have a job. They say they will deliver you prepare for said delivery and then they reschedule. You try to set up an account to “manage” your delivery but you can’t because they limit you with free benefits before you have to put in credit card information. Why would I need to do this? I simply need to extend my delivery time so that I can sleep before work. This is their problem because they couldn’t deliver on their own schedule. But now I have to take the burden. Now I get to watch as my initial delivery was between 10 Amy 12 to now be by the end of day. I am a night shift worker and stayed up in hopes that this company would hold to their word, something that is lost in today’s times, but as usual they stay true to color. The amount of money they spend though trying to convince us that they actually care could be used in better ways. And to top it off the company takes on up to 150 pounds, and like other gig jobs they don’t equip their drivers the tools to do the job. Multimillion dollar business and they are complete garbage.

When the flex employee goes to rest, another person should be replaced so that the customer does not wait for about an hour, and this shows your poor management and disrespect to the customer.

It's alright, but the clerk was the slowest package taper on the planet. I'm sure that customer appreciated her care level but those standing in line -- not so much.

They are wonderful when they deliver the packages to my address and we have to take their packages at Walgreens Pharmacy personnel that handles FedEx dropping are also wonderful and kind

FedEx couldn't deliver a roll of toilet paper to an outhouse! Inept is too kind to describe useless customer service and incorrect text messages.
