This firestone location made my first mechanic experience as stress-free as possible. Special thanks to Destin for accommodating my situation and being extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. The services I requested - full vehicle checkup and a cosmetic repair to my undercarriage - were very reasonably priced and the website is convenient to navigate your service history and schedule appointments. Overall, a great experience.

This is by far one of the worst auto shops I’ve ever been to. I went in for a slow window when going up and down, and a lurching motion in the car. They couldn’t “replicate” the issue and oiled the window tracks, but there is now oil on my car, in my car, on my ceiling, and won’t come off my tint on the windows. Really disappointed, and annoyed.
