We broke down in Williston, FL during an out-of-town birthday weekend trip - had the truck towed to this location. PHENOMENAL service! The manager, Shellie was wonderful, personable, professional, and she managed to accommodate our needs so that we could get back to our hometown before the work week began. It was a tall order and she and the team knocked it out of the park! Go Gators!

The entire team is amazing. I cannot thank Shellie enough for taking the time to fix my oil issue and service light. She explained everything and even walked me out to see the issue myself. She is extremely knowledgeable. Every person I have talked to have treated my car issues and myself with so much respect. I will 100% be coming back here

So there I was, convinced my Town Car had given up the ghost. I had already thrown a fresh set of coil packs at it, dreading my engine computer was fried…
They took one look, checked the fuse (which I, in my infinite wisdom, had overlooked), and had me back on the road in no time. No upselling, no nonsense… just honest mechanics who saved me from my own idiocy.
After a less than stellar experience at a certain unnamed “automotive emergency room” 😉. Firestone has earned my trust. 10/10, would absolutely recommend. My Town Car and I are only coming here from now on!

Recently went in for service on my SUV's A/C system, which is a big ask during the only cooler temperatures we're going to get here in Florida for the year. Despite the cooler temperatures, I have some medical issues and need functioning A/C in my car, even during the winter. The team was willing to help me as soon as the temperature got just warm enough to start diagnosing the problem, and they were able to get the first half the problem fixed within a couple of hours. I will revisit them to get the rest of the A/C system fixed as soon as I can. Based on this visit (and one previous visit for brake work about a year ago), I expect to keep receiving respectful service from knowledgeable people who do their best to serve me in a timely fashion and keep me well-informed about what is happening with my vehicle. Thank you for all that you do!

My family have used the Firestone on Archer Road in Gainesville Florida for 20 years. I trust their service, and when I say that I mean I trust them with my vehicle, and my safety. I have never once felt like I could not trust the service I have received here. I always walk away feeling like I have been cared for, that I have been heard, and that my vehicle was in good hands. I drive a 25 year old truck, which requires frequent care to continue.....I would never take it anywhere else.

I recently visited your business for an alignment service, where I encountered deceptive practices by a young lady named Alyssa. I was initially informed that the alignment check would cost $30, and if an alignment was needed, the total charge would be $69.99. However, after the alignment check, I was told I would be charged an additional $30 on top of the $69.99 for the alignment. Despite my objections and concerns, I was told the contract I signed only covered the $30 for the check, with the alignment priced separately. After arguing with Alyssa, I decided not to proceed with the alignment and only pay the $30 for the check. When I went to pay, no words were spoken, except for me asking who the manager was. He decided not to charge me. While I was not charged, I feel my time was wasted and that the situation was handled poorly. I was frustrated by the misleading information and lack of transparency. The last thing a company like this should be doing is trying to scam a customer, or a student like myself, for $30. Just an heads up for anyone in case they try to pull the same thing on someone else.

I recently brought my car to Firestone due to concerns about a potential coolant leak and an idle issue. After an inspection, they informed me that the best course of action would be to rebuild or replace the engine, citing a failing head gasket, overheating, and engine blockages. However, I sought a second opinion from a a certified mechanic shop, who assured me that the engine was in good condition, with no blockages or overheating. What I initially thought was coolant spray turned out to be mud from a puddle I had unknowingly driven through earlier in the week. Thankfully, I avoided unnecessary repairs and a significant expense by consulting another professional. While I find Firestone customer support to be helpful and expertise useful for services like oil changes and tires, I will no longer rely on them for diagnosing mechanical issues with my car.
