Yesterday, December 31, 2024, I visited the fivebelow store, my partner was buying several items and his bag broke. I personally asked the lady who was the cashier at the time and she denied it with an air of attitude as if she were the owner and owner of the store. I can understand that they hated their job but with those attitudes, unfortunately, they are not going to hire her anywhere.

Store signage says it closes at 9:30. I arrived at 8:59 and the store was closed and locked up.

It’s a good place but I went to self checkout to checkout my stuff and the worker came up to me and scanned all my items and I said I can do it and “he said we’re supposed to help now” it’s self checkout if I needed help I’d ask for help. What’s the point for a self checkout if the workers are going to come do it for you. Also proceeded to bag my stuff. If you’re so worried about people stealing from here don’t have self checkout. It felt rude even after I’d like to do it myself.

Every time I go I find what I'm looking for. With fair prices for a limited budget. Ample and free parking. Only, please, allow payment at all the cash registers (there were only 2 open, when there are more than 5).
