I got there a few minutes before opening, didn't know they hadn't opened yet, tried the door, and was met by an employee who snarkily told me "we open at 10AM, every single day." That was off-putting but I shrugged it off and came back a little while later. The store looked completely deserted when I walked in. They were out of umbrellas, the one thing I went there for. I checked out with some ponchos, and the kiosk asked me if I was greeted when I walked in. I selected "no" (because I wasn't greeted) and the employee who was snarky to me earlier, who happened to be looking over my shoulder, said "what? I did greet you." Sir... that wasn't a greeting. The store hadn't opened yet, and you were rude to me, and then you were nowhere to be found when I actually did enter the store. Whatever. It looked like they had good deals in there but I probably won't be back because the service was so bad
