This is the Best Floor and Decor I’ve been to. And I’ve been to all of them in Florida. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and everything is organized and easy to find. The Pro desk is awesome Savannah, Gene, and Griff are super efficient and nice. I like working with Eric because he knows all the best current prices in tiles and vinyl and answer all of my questions as dumb as some of them might be.

Brandon went above and beyond for me. He sets up all the displays, but took the time out to check product availability and put some aside for me since I was driving from Clermont . He provided great customer service and made my day. He needs a raise.

Every single time my husband and I have had to visit this location to purchase materials to continue renovating our floor, customer service is a major issue. We've never had an even slightly "okay" experience. Employees act like they'd rather do anything else but help or speak with you, and when they do, it's either condescending or just blatantly rude. Had one larger, older gentleman that was in suspenders almost make me cry from a rude, unnecessary comment that he apparently thought was funny, the cashiers have zero nice things to say even when you're spending thousands, and the pick-up guys for orders are even worse. Not a customer's fault that you hate your job. We will never recommend this location. Disgusting attitudes.

Alpha/Omega Flooring Pros just did a 12x16 patio tile job at my home. Here is some advice from a very particular homeowner – attentive to details and careful in making contractor choices: HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FLOORING JOB. The Owner Joey was directly involved in pricing and scheduling the work. He and his craftsman Alex visited me at home the day before to assess the job and provide me with options for tile orientation. The next day Alex showed up on time to the minute and began work. I could see he was a tile craftsman. I never saw him take a break and he remained highly focused. I figured it would take a day as it is only a 12 x 16 patio. But he did not rush and came the second day to finish a perfect job. I tend to perseverate over work done at my home and I will be damned if I can find anything wrong with this job. Alex left the job site spotless. I am very pleased. Thank You Joey and Alex for a Great Tile Job. I also want to thank Floor and Décor for high quality products and customer service. I highly recommend this company as well.

I used Costa Multiservie USA Corp to install new flooring in my home. The crew arrived on schedule and immediately went to work. They were all professional and did a fantastic job of removing the old flooring and installing the new floor. They cleaned up the area and removed all leftover debris. I am very pleased with the job and highly recommend this company. Gustavo, the owner, is a great communicator. He went to the store with me and helped selected all the materials. +++++++++.

Kyla is a very knowledgeable and friendly asset to the store. She also went the extra mile when we had issues with our order and got back to us quickly and in a timely manner.
Brooke also assisted us with our purchase and helped us with loading too.
Will definitely come back to this store for all of our house remodel needs.

Big shout out to Eric for his patience and kindness in helping us pick out everything for our shower. I know we were in the store for 2 hours or more. He walked each end of the store numerous times. We have been building this house for 5 years paying out of pocket and this is our last step before final inspections. I must include the manager, she even brought us each a bottle of water. That meant a lot to me since I wasn’t feeling my best today. All the guys that helped pitched right in. Thanks Eric. We highly recommend your store. Great service today. Robert & Michelle
