Pam Thacker was very knowledgeable and very responsive. She assisted and kept the loan moving forward and was very clear on what documents she needed and she was so very helpful along the way. Kirby is an absolute Rock Star!I have NEVER been so well taken of by any organization, let alone a financial institution!She has shown me that Customer Service and compassion are still very much alive and I have switched all banking accounts to FCU and I talk about her to everyone… all the time!

I requested a letter stating my car loan was refinanced by another lender several weeks ago so i could get the warranty and gap insurance refunded to me. That hasnt happened and I'm a little upset. The car dealership has also been inefficient for the return of funds.I talked to a couple people who were helpful in setting up my online account, so that was a bright side in this.Lynn Lewis

This review is for Alexis Dallas.I believe she's the best personal of Flcu.She was able answer all my questions and have my loan documents ready for me to sign within an hour one a Saturday.She's very professional, I called repeatedly after the dealer got the buyers order wrong and she was there to help.I would like to say thank you for your help and time.

I had high hopes for this organization. I started off my leaving my house by 11:45am for a interview that was scheduled at 1:00Pm. No later then being on the highway for only roughly about 20 minutes or so I run in to heavy traffic. Not sure what the issue was. However everyone locally is use to Gainesville traffic. So I give a call to explain to Teresa and also Emailed The gentle Riley to let them know I was roughly going to be about 35-40 minutes late due to the detour and backed up traffic. Both of them understood. Riley stated just let us know when you get here. Teresa stated no need to apologize it's not your fought traffic happens.That honestly put me at ease, as I was already nervous and feeling down due to something out of my control. Didn't expect to be stuck behind a accident and have a 3 car lane turn into 1 in the middle of a highway.Moreover, As I am 10 minutes down the road I get a call from a lady named Lexi. That at this time they are no longer proceeding with the interview, that's the reason they schedule them early. My apologies we have a meeting at 1:30pm and basically hung up the phone. Mind you I'm literally 10 minutes away from the site. Didn't expect to be stuck in traffic for 45 minutes and overly communicated what was going on through email and phone call.However, what baffled me is not only did I communicate the emergency and was basically stuck in the middle of Gainesville that I had to be routed on a detour, but was basically told it was okay and to still come by two employees.Honestly, I would have rather you still allowed me to arrive. Finish your meeting and conducted the interview and not offered me the job rather , Then for me to waste 4 hours out of my day between being stuck in traffic and driving right back to ocala. In all my years of working and being in leadership. I've never experience someone blankly being Unempathetic due to a situation out of a candidates control.Thank you Florida Credit Union for setting the pre-employment culture and tone for your organization. Grateful I dodged this, Now I understand why the employment reviews are so low.

Normally, I absolutely love Florida Credit Union, yet this time I have been trying to call them and just get placed on hold forever, and ever, and ever, ever ever and ever…you get the jist. No one has that kind of time to just sit and wait for hours literally. Their hours say they’re open till 5:00 and yet I get no answer, no help, nothing. I’ve even tried pushing different numbers to see if I get a different response but it doesn’t help.

Hunter was excellent at helping me gain access to my account after an unfortunate loss of my previous device. Out of all of my other experiences with similar institutions FCU and their costumer support staff was easily the best at helping me in a timely manner.
