“TLDR: Our original flower delivery was unfortunately stolen shortly after drop-off. The staff handled the situation professionally and worked with me on a one-time solution so the recipient still received the arrangement the next day. Amazing customer service, I will order from them again!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone special. The delivery was completed while the recipient was out, and the driver left the arrangement at the front door and provided photo confirmation. Unfortunately, by the time the recipient arrived home about 15 minutes later, the flowers had been stolen.
I reached out to the shop to let them know what had happened. The staff were kind, understanding, and took the time to review the situation. After checking with their manager, they contacted me to offer a one-time courtesy re-delivery of the same arrangement. They emphasized that we should coordinate a specific delivery time to help prevent the issue from happening again. To be extra safe, I chose to pick up the replacement in-store instead.
Although the surprise was spoiled by a flower thief, I truly appreciated the way the team handled a difficult situation. Their friendlyness, and efforts to come up with an effective solution, left a positive impression on me.
