This franchise has really gone down hill. The clothes are all poorly made and 10 sizes too small, the shoes are uncomfortable, and everything falls apart after one day of wear. They're always having "going out of business" sales but then they always stay open. Not sure why they never follow through.

I just have to shout out the two ladies who helped me today! Unfortunately I don’t know their names but they went above and beyond for me! I had a last minute outfit disaster and desperately needed a certain product. Not only did they search the entire store for me, and help me find similar alternatives, but when we found one last one on a mannequin, they took the extra effort to remove it and give them to me! So appreciative because most would not. They also made sure I got the discounted price shown online. Sososo amazing of them!!!

This place is the biggest scam! They will not return an item unless you give them ID. Had the my receipt and paid with cash. Never buy from them. It's invasion of privacy. The policy need to be changed.

Feels similar to center city Philadelphia.The floor tiles are loose all around the store.The majority of the clothing is butt ugly, overpriced, and very cheap quality.

My daughter is pretty small, but they had a large variety of sizes to choose from. Also, jeans were on sale, yay!

Very disappointed in poor customer service and lack of accountability. Called ahead to the store at 6:20pm to find out what time the store closed rep said 8pm. Found a sitter for my kiddos and drove 35 minutes to my nearest location only for them to be closed. I phoned inside after I arrived and was told by staff Oh The Girl Who Told You That is Still Kinda New She Said 8pm But She Got it Mixed up We Closed at 7pm... it was literally shortly after 7 and people were still in the store. I asked why didnt someone just ring me back the moment she hung up and realized she sd the wrong time (no response). My sitter cost me $25, my premium gas for my SUV cost me $4.95/gal, I had to drive 32 miles EACH WAY and my time! This is beyond ridiculous. It was suggested that I just return the next business day. Why would I commute 128 miles and pay a sitter twice... to purchase items that wont cost me more than $50. The complete disregard for my time was just beyond disappointing.

Poor customer service. It cost me more to drive to the store than to purchase items only for the location to have closed earlier than the close time the gave me over the phone (less than an hour before I arrived).

I found more stuff in this store it was clean and organized. I did not feel like I was in a flea market having to search through racks.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager talks every degrading. Very unhelpful and wants to speak to you like you are a child. I will never shop here again.

I loved that the store was huge but very organized. The prices were affordable as well. And who does not love clearances?? Eventhough someof the items were on sale, I can still get my sizes which is every nice..
