Wonderful experience! Alonzo was great to work with and very proactive with keeping me informed on my cars progress. Was awesome he also drove a Subaru so he understood my pickiness when it came to mine. Would definitely recommend them :)

10/10 experience! They are so organized and are great communicators. Dave was especially amazing- give that man a raise! His customer service was out of this world! He went above and beyond and took the extra time to educate me and explain certain processes and procedures- very grateful! Awesome spot.

I would not recommend this company to anyone in the shop manager told me and I quote I have 200 and some vehicles that come through here I cannot look at every one of them sounds like these people cannot handle the load they are given please do not overwhelm them so they come up with more excuses when I noticed problems all they did was tell me excuses why they were problems instead of giving me a solution to fix it

This is the absolute worst customer service and the car was returned with more issues than when I dropped it off! My Viper alarm/starter was completely removed, the electrical system was tampered and the door locks now engage every time it hits 10mph, the push start only works half time, the window edging is popping off and the hood gap is 1/2” wide on the passenger side! Do NOT take your car here for repairs! Poor communication with staff and zero respect for follow up!

I can’t recommend Daniel and his team enough! They’ve helped me through two separate rear-ending incidents, and both experiences have been exceptional. The first time, they made my car look brand new, and their professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression.
When I got rear-ended again, I knew I had to return to them. Even though they were slammed when I first stopped by, Daniel still took the time to personally assess the damage and reassured me it was minor. He asked me to come back the next morning, and as promised, they got to my car immediately and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. They buffed out the scratches and secured a few clips—completely free of charge!
Their generosity, efficiency, and excellent service are truly unmatched. If I ever need car repairs in the future, I know exactly where I’ll go. Thank you, Daniel and team, for going above and beyond!
