Never does one really enjoy a visit to the Dentist..but I do!Betty is amazingly gentle in her cleanings and makes suggestions of things that will help with the next visit. Tatiana was helpful and efficient is making all my appointments and found me a credit I didn't know I had! Tiff is wonderful if you ever need her services. In her own words "I treat people the way I want them to treat my Mama!" Dr Annas has surrounded herself with super people! Plus....Dr Annas is pretty awesome too!

My first visit and everyone was so welcoming. I hadn't been in years and they made me feel good about choosing this place. They were a little busy so there was a longer wait for everything but they were short staffed so it's understandable. Thank you and I look forward to continued service!

I absolutely love Ashton at Gainesville Dental Associates. She is professional, caring, pleasant and treats this 70+ old lady like a friend! Everyone who works in the front area is welcoming. Let me not forget how nice Dr. Abboud is! It makes going to the dentist in Gainesville a pleasant experience!

After recently relocating to the area I needed to establish with a new dentist. Gainesville Dental was recommended and although the wait for a new patient appointment was 4 mo I have found it to be worth the wait. Staff is kind, polite and professional and the dentist is knowledgeable, reassuring and gentle. I've now been twice once to establish, cleaning and x-rays and then most recently for 2 small fillings. Would recommend and happy with the service and professionalism !

I had a great experience at this facility. I’ve avoided the dentist for years due to previous encounters but Gainesville dental associates changed my mind. The staff has been nothing but smiling friendly faces while preforming with the patient in mind. They have been very upfront with all costs and procedures I’ve needed to get done so I’ve recommended this place to all of my colleagues! Can’t say anything bad about them!

Dr. Annas created a comprehensive care plan to resolve my current issues and prevent future ones, all while taking into account my preferences and concerns. She recommended specialists for certain issues and clearly explained why she trusts those colleagues of hers. She and Tiffany have a wonderful bedside manner that shows they truly care about your dental health, while making you comfortable and (almost!?) enjoy your procedures.

I have been going for almost 2yrs. I changed dentists after mine left. Everyone has been excellent. My new dentist just fixed some fillings nice and quickly, almost painless. The hygienist are also great.

Avoid this place if you can. Scammers.They claimed they were unable to do my (urgent) procedure in their office, so wrote me a referral to an orthodontist. Charged me somewhere between $100 and $200 for this, I forget the exact amount. They didn’t clean or check or anything, just a referral for ~$150.So I called the orthodontist. They were booked for 3 months.I called this office again, all of a sudden they are able to do my procedure. So I schedule an appointment. I then called a day before to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it, as I was busy moving. All was well, the secretary said it was cancelled.Apparently they forgot to record this? Because a month later, in a new house in a new state, I receive a notice in the mail that they want to sick the IRS on me for a “missed appointment fee,” $200.No, I will not comply. If they attempt to waste any more of my time with this, do anything other than tuck their tail and move on, I will not only use my prominent contacts in Florida to spread the word about their shady practices, but will have a investigation started for malpractice. My case alone has enough evidence, and I guarantee there are more cases of similar nature. All is documented.I am not a n3rd, but if y’all wanna play bureaucratic hardball with me I will not back down.All the worst

What a TEAM! Amber is a top notch Dental Hygienist with Dr. Kurlick. Together, their care was efficient and caring. I was completely relaxed and once I understood that at two points, the suction tube was used to protect my tongue from the drill,I could help out too! I was always kept comfortable throughout the procedures…and the music selections were great too! We were all humming along! What an enjoyable experience all around!

I was very nervous and insecure while attending my first consultation. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming.The dental hygienist Phung (my apologies if I am spelling it incorrectly) was so kind and considerate of my mental and physical comfort. She showed a level of compassion I have never experienced at a dentist office. Ms. Phung and I spoke about all kinds of things while waiting for the Dr , keeping professionalism and quality care at the forefront. It increased my comfort dramatically.When Dr. Abboud arrived my anxiety increased once more until she began speaking. She was incredibly gentle and actually encouraging which I did not expect! The action plan she discussed was presented as an opportunity for improvement as opposed to the shame and embarrassment my mind anticipated!While checking out the lovely color coordinated clerk explained everything in detail. I have never left the dentist without discomfort in most every sense one can experience. No negative feelings were present when I left, they were replaced with an incredible amount of gratitude for every person I encountered.And yes, I have been "exercising" my gums and flossing daily now.

I've been going here for years, I was running 5 min behind last visit and called ahead to tell them Id be 5 min late, I was told they couldn't see me then and to reschedule. I reassured her I was literally pulling off the highway but she wasn't having any of it. Strictest time I've ever seen at a Dentist. After spending thousands of dollars there over ths years, this last experience has me looking for a new one. Take that for what it's worth, not a friendly experience. There have been a few other small things here and there, like they didn't adjust my partials and took my size incorrectly, and had me come back a week later to do it all again. I also only have half the teeth of most people, so a cleaning literally takes half the time it normally takes lol. I'll be looking for a new dentist.

I made two appointments with them. I was an established patient, but unfortunately they are scheduling over six months out for cleanings. The other appointment was over a month out for a couple of fillings. The morning of that appointment I get a call to say it was cancelled. I tried returning their call but keep getting a voicemail. They do not care about your time. I advise you search elsewhere for a more dependable practice.

Just went to this place, and I thought I had booked an appointment for a cleaning, and it was just an examination, not a cleaning like I thought I asked. They tried to sell me these things, 'Cancer Oral Examination', and 'sealing my teeth.' All I wanted was cleaning. Usually you are told what you could do better on your teeth while they are cleaning. They didn't even clean my teeth. So my insurance covered only $90 out of $130. So I paid $40 just for an examination that I thought was supposed to be cleaning.One underlying fact that no dentist, orthodontist, or oral surgeon can deny is if my teeth are so bad, then how did I survive 15 years without seeing a dentist? Don't sell me stuff, just be honest with people.Probably will look for something else. . .
