A young lady car suddenly shut off in the middle of the highway on 20th shortly after getting it serviced and worked on by this dealership. I stopped to help her and even tried calling the dealership myself to see what could be done to get her vehicle safely out of the road,
Not only was the situation dangerous and stressful for her, but the service team’s attitude made it even worse. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed no urgency or concern for her safety. No customer—especially a young mother stranded on the highway—should ever be treated that way.
Based on what I witnessed, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I truly hope they made things right for that young lady. God bless her, and I hope she made it home safely.

Kyle and Alex are AMAZING. Gainesville Nissan has a great team behind them. I really appreciate Alex and Kyle making my first vehicle purchase super easy and straightforward. I didn't feel like I was being pushed in one direction or the other and they were both great to talk to. I felt empowered in my purchase and like they actually wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. And if you have the opportunity to work with either Alex or Kyle, both are fantastic.

My son bought a used vehicle from this dealership, which did seem like a real deal. However, after about 2 years his ac went out then the transmission went out. I'm not certain how many $1000s that was but after about 19 months the transmission went out again. This is ridiculous. They've lost 3 customers.
Update - it turns out it was the CV axle that was bad. Fixed but not at Gainesville Nissan.
To the responding person at Nissan - all I will say is we contacted you all first and the conversation didn't go well (your response to us).

Buying a vehicle here was a pleasant experience! I drove here from the Orlando area since they had the perfect Nissan Ariya that we were looking for. Salesman Rodrigo had the car charged, cleaned, and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Sales manager Ken made the deal happen, and within 3 hours we were on on way home with a new car. There was no pressure from anyone and they gave me time to make a sound decision on the deal. There was even an insurance agent on site that called my insurance company for me to add the car to my policy before I left. If you are within driving distance of this dealership, don't hesitate to make the drive, you'll be happy you did. I will definitely come back here for a vehicle if the need arises!

First off I want to say that Elijah and Carlos were excellent great communications answered all my questions through text and phone calls. I bought a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from them. They had to hunt down what I wanted because I wanted a red one with black leather interior. They found it. We made a deal. It was supposed to be transported to me not driven well it ended up that an older gentleman. . They found it. We made a deal. To my house in 400 miles away and I specifically said I wanted it transported and they agreed to that they even rented a truck and trailer to do it But it was driven I was not happy. I consulted Eli we made an agreement I kept the vehicle. They drove my 21 Telluride back to Florida. Everything was great about the deal except for the transporting of it which I don’t know who’s fault it was, but it should be Next time, thank you, Elijah and Carlos for everything

I went to Gainesville Nissan for the first time and was met with Jerry Fico, he was super friendly and helpful. Told him what I needed done in my car and he was direct and told the prices of what they’ll be. Got two services done and took about an hour and was helped in a fast manner. Thank you Jerry for this experience, will comeback 100%.
