Gatorland and Gettel just provided one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Due to this after more than 20 years of wonderful customer service experiences and many vehicles purchased by my family from this company, I will now bring my business elsewhere since they seem not to care about their own egregious mistake.I brought my Sequioa in for regular maintenance but when it came out of the service bay, it was smeared with grease and had a small dent & scratch in it. Accidents happen and initially my service representative and the service manager, Chris Harris, said that they could schedule to have it fixed. Since it wasn't a very big, I was told it would take less than an hour to repair but could have a loaner car if I didn't want to wait. Mr. Harris said he would call me to schedule the appointment. After several days I left him a voicemail message asking when we'd be able to schedule. Still no contact. I then wrote Tyler Hill, General Manager, for assistance. No response from himIf they didn't want to fix the accident they caused they should have just said so instead of feeding me platitudes. And to not follow up and address this incident is beyond pale.

Hey Gatorland, are you going to actually pay attention to all these one star reviews or are you just going to keep being the worst? This dealership gets by because it's the only Toyota place in town. They've always been pretty useless in the service department, but the sales team is the real standout in complete incompetence. If you want to have someone talk to you like you're a moron while having zero idea about the products they're selling, then this is the place for you. I foolishly tried to order a new car, managed to talk with several of the laziest, most arrogantly ignorant 'salesmen' I've ever encountered. I mean, they made a sale, just for a competing dealership. Make the drive and go any where else.

First off I live here and love to shop locally.I went onto Gatorland Toyota website and started looking as I had a good idea what we wanted and would fit our needs.Very quickly Eric introduced himself and we had brief chats and I made an appointment to see him.He sent a very professional video introducing himself putting a name to a face.I like that.The day of the appointment Ryan Wise, Sales Manager gave me a call confirming of which at that point I explained our needs as my husband is 4 months post major surgery and he needs a lot of care.Wow! They made sure of that not from a sale perspective but as human beings.I briefly shared what I was looking for and why.On arrival we were met very nicely. Put us at ease as buying vehicles is stressful enough as is.Eric. Oh my word. He’s good. Put me in the exact vehicle where I looked no further.A great test drive where we got to know each other.Just seemed like a nice Sunday drive with a family friend.Then comes time to seal the deal.We had two vehicles to trade and I knew the amount that I was looking for.My philosophy is that everyone walks away with a win.And I certainly felt that and we are proud owners of a Gatorland Toyota.Oh by the way Brian who heads up service is good. I’ve been a Toyota fan for a while.It’s lovely to get that type of treatment.Thank you Eric. Thank you Ryan.

The salesman and finance guys were great. I bought it knowing there was a small dent in the front and they would attempt to pull it out but can’t. The main thing I was not happy with was the tires were dry rotted and five days after I drove off the lot I noticed chunks were coming out of them. I did take it and get new tires for $1100. I showed and spoke to the manager at Toyota and was told they did not make any money on the deal and it is as is and not certified. I knew I was going to have yo replace them but did not think it was in five days.

Gage was wonderful! He is there to listen, be helpful and get you the vehicle you want! I am very pleased with the overall experience! I won’t be back soon because I love my new rav4 but they will be the first place I search when I do need another vehicle!

I had Anthony Mccray as my sales rep. He made my experience comfortable with great knowledge and truly helpful to my choices and the needs of the vehicle I wanted . All my questions were answered and properly explained with patience. Can't complain. I recommend to anyone looking for a toyota vehicle but most of all I recommend Mr Anthony McCray for his outstanding professionalism and knowledge. The gentleman in the finance department was also professional. The atmosphere was great. Thanks.

I recently bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Gatorland Toyota. I am told the 2018 Ford f150 with 46,000 was as is. I had to buy tires within 5 days due to they were dry rotted and no i did not notice that when i looked at the truck. i did know there was 46,000 and assumed i would have to get tire soon but did not think 5 days soon. I called and spoke to them and salesman was going to talk to the manager. i spent $1100 for new tires at the Ford dealership because i knew Toyota was not going to do anything. The manager told me they did not make any money off the deal and no they were not going to do anything. There was a small dent in the front bumper and the undercarriage was falling off. I did get an I owe you to attempt to fix the bumper dent (yes i know what attempt means) figured they would try but they said it bent there tool and they are unable and unwilling to attempt to try and fix it any more. The splash guard under the engine they just removed it. I was told they would repair or replace but they worded it that they repair it thus it is unrepairable and they will not pay to replace it. I will never buy from Gatorland Toyota again. I know they all can be that way but have bought multiple vehicles from there and sent people there to buy as well. I am done with them.

Useless they are useless take your business somewhere else. If you do come here make sure to read anything your signing and always get receipts. Also it's funny that the GM only comments on reviews with 3+ stars.

Don't trust they will do what they put down on paper. Claimed they rotated the tires, the tires were still the same as when I drove in due to a paint stain I noticed on the right front tire when I dropped my vehicle off for service.

I had my car in for a recall service on April 8th. I also decided to have my oil changed and tires rotated at the time to ensure I was making the most of my time. My car was there for multiple hours, which wasn't an issue since they were supposedly taking care of both the recall and my regular service. I was told everything was complete and I came back to pick up my vehicle. I think it's important to note that the recall is pretty serious- it's about my braking system. I was checked out and sent home, after service advisors let me know I was good to go.Fast forward to a couple days ago when I get a call from Gatorland parts department letting me know the part they needed to fix the recall on my car finally came in. At first I was confused, and after the individual did a little digging for me that quickly turned to justified anger. Brian, my service manager, had let me walk out of that dealership almost 3 months prior telling me everything was taken care of, when in reality they had just inspected my vehicle and DONE NOTHING. I believed I had been driving around in a safe vehicle for the last 3 months, when that is not the case. Brian then tried to argue with me when I was transferred to him, and tried to make the point of "well you weren't hurt or injured were you?". I find that behavior and attitude genuinely disgusting, and the fact that Gatorland hasn't called me back since this incident shows just how little they care about the business or safety of clients. Absolutely atrocious service and lies from a group of awful people.

Very unprofessional and subpar service from Gatorland. For a simple oil change service I was in there from 10.45 to 1.30pm on 23 May, 2023. Such a delay is unacceptable and caused a significant inconvenience to my day. To add to that, while driving back home, I noticed an unusual noise resembling air gushing from somewhere in the vehicle. Also the car's acceleration/pick up did not feel as smooth as before. Upon investigation, I discovered that the clips on the engine air filter housing were not closed properly, as clearly shown in the attached image. This negligence was not only concerning the current state of my vehicle but also posed potential long-term damage.To address these concerns promptly, I contacted the dealership at 2:49 pm and was told that my advisor would call me back. Unfortunately, they never got back. I made another attempt to reach out after 4 pm, but no one picked up the phone. This lack of communication is deeply disappointing and has further eroded my trust in the service provided by Gatorland Toyota.I had to get the air filter housing properly closed by a local mechanic and this solved the noise and pickup issue mentioned.The accumulation of this mistake, and the subsequent lack of accountability has not only ruined my entire day but also cost me 75 bucks extra to get it fixed.

I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Gatorland Toyota. My experience was stress-free thanks to Rob Davis my Sales & Lease Consultant. Rob made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He took time to ensure that I understood every step before we moved on in the process. Clarissa Aleman from Finance was amazing. She was professional and thorough. Overall, I had a great experience and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you all for excellent customer service!

I went to Gatorland Toyota on June 1st to look at 2023 highlanders and get an appraisal for my 2014 Rav4. Upon entering I found Mr. Anthony McCray at his desk ready to assist and answer any questions I had. Since it was around 9am the used car members were not in the office yet. Mr McCray took down all the information needed and got back with my several hours later. Upon hearing the offer for my Rav4, I asked Mr McCray to put together a deal offer on a black 2023 Highlander XLE XP, which Mr. McCray did quickly. My wife and I came in on Monday June 5 and purchased this same vehicle. I was very happy with how Mr. McCray was able to answer all my questions easily, and put together an acceptable deal, that was straight forward. Most of us are use to the back and forth games, this was not the case at Gatorland. I greatly appreciated the straight shooter approach Mr. McCray had, and will definitely come to him in the future if I need to buy another vehicle. Mr. McCray brought great credit Upon himself, and Gatorland Toyota. Mr. Means in finance was great and so was Heather who both like Mr. McCray greatly exceeded expectations. Thank you for making this experience easy.
