I’ve always had a good time with them. I’ve used them for two years going up and down florida without any issues. But I’m really upset now that they’ve stopped running busses. They were the best bus option

I purchased my ticket a month ago. After waiting for the bus to arrive at the correct location, for probably too long. I decided to call the company. After finally getting In touch with them, they told me they stopped running the busses at all. They took no initiative and didn’t even contact me about a refund. I was left stranded in Gainesville without a ride to my home. Overall a terrible experience and a waste of time and money.

Awful customer service. Will not answer the phone, even though they said they would call back regarding travel credit I have, which is useless since they don’t have outgoing trips. I would just like my money back since I can’t even put it to use.

I strongly recommend this company. I’m a student and this past Friday I missed my bus do to my tardiness, because my car was broken, however they took in consideration my economic situation since I couldn’t afford another ticket and they helped me by allowing me to take a later bus that day. The lady that took my call made feel very comfortable as the driver that took me to my destination. Definitely recommend it. Thank you GMG TRANSPORT!

If I could give them negative stars I would. DO NOT RIDE WITH THEM! I paid $140 for a round-trip for two people, from Ocala Florida to Miami Florida. The directions they gave me to get on the bus were very vague and confusing. They tell you to meet them at a rest area on mile marker whatever but do not inform you that there is two separate rest areas on the opposite side of the road that you cannot get to easily. So you can guess that we didn’t take a trip. I called to speak with somebody with great confidence that they would be able to work something out based upon the fact that the directions were very confusing and I was immediately approached with rudeness and attitude. I was told that it was my responsibility to call them if I was confused on any sort of directions, however the day of the trip I attempted to call them and their offices were already closed (4pm) I basically was told that I was not valued as a customer and that it didn’t matter I would get no resolution. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and this company is a scam

Bus is alright my major problem everytime I ride has to be timing. It says you’ll get there at 5:30 but really turns into 6:15-6:30. Majority of the time there isn’t traffic it’s just longBreaks at the fort drum plaza. But this is the only way I can get from Gainesville to south Florida so guess it’ll have to do

The worst bus company out there. Terrible service. AC doesn't work most of the time. Have had trips where the bus engine kept overheating and we had to stop every couple of minutes. Another trip where a tire exploded and a rescue bus came to get us but they didn't have enough seats so I had to sit on the floor. The bus drivers don't speak English most of the time. They cancelled some trips because of covid and gave us travel credit. I no longer need the credit since I graduated and reached out twice by email to request a refund but they didn't respond. They are a terrible company that need to be shut down.

Their bus left my mother and other 20 passengers stranded after watching them all waiting for the bus at the regular stop in Gainesville FL. Much to the driver's incompetence, a second gmg bus tailing them didn't even bother to call for the passengers after witnessing this negligence. Our ticket shows we were at the scheduled location, as well as the other students. At the right time . To see us there, and my mother, and leave us all stranded. Not even bothering to turn around. Or stop the bus and call for us if he felt it was easier for him to have us cross the street, was completely unacceptable. Not only were they late, they blatantly left these people stranded and lied to the company claiming there was noone at the bus stop. Not only that, the response from gmg when we phoned was terrible and decided to believe their driver instead of us. They could not even ask the driver to turn around when we called in 10 minutes after seeing the bus pass us. This was the last straw for them; we are not reserving anymore with gmg, and if you valued your time, you wouldn't either. Whatever you are saving with your reservation is not worth the inconvenience we have gone through today, with no guarantees of getting a refund from this company.

I have used this company many times. The only reason I used this company is because its the cheapest way to get home. You pay what you get for, their buses are not clean at all and most workers barely speak english. They only have one person working customer service so it is very hard to speak to them and were very rude, even going as far as to hang up twice. They changed their locations of departure and were scheduled to leave at 4:30. The exact address is not written on the confirmation ticket. It was written as Gale Lemerand drive (In front of old garage), for those that don't know there are multiple garages on this road. Realizing I was at the wrong bus stop (garage) I frantically scrambled to call the place for the right address which says they have customer service available every day for bus pickups. I received no response from my call. When I finally got to the right stop at 4:32 pm, the bus was already leaving with no additional grace period for people that are late. Just wondering how a bus company can't put the exact address of their departure on the confirmation ticket that caters to busy college students.

I won’t recommend this service to anyone.This is the worst company everMy mother travels from Ocala to Pompano twice a year and it has been broken buses, waiting time on the turnpike, changing pick up time, but the worst thing is that we purchase a ticket to go to Pompano for 1,30pm on Friday and the bus never got to the rest area, then when I called a very disrespectful lady answered saying that my mother is not in her system and the bus already left, that if I want she can refund the money or just wait there until 4,30 for the other bus to pick her up. Because she wasn’t on the company system and I have an email with the confirmation number and my card was charge for that ticket. But they haven’t my mother’s name on her system.My mother is 76 years old lady that has to be at the rest area alone waiting for the other bus. To come. Because I came back to Ocala to pick up my kids from school.She was there from 1pm to 5,30pm and the other bus pick her up at 5,45pm.I don’t recommend this transportation service to anyone. It’s incredible how the still in business.

A mother of a UF student . I send food and other things every Monday to my daughter and the drivers are very caring with the luggage .also lmy daughter send her bicycle home and the people from the office were very polite and clear with the instructions .thank you for your help and keep up the good work as always .
