Here at 740 pm. No one is here, and there is a sign saying "back in 5 minutes" ? Been here 10 mins already waiting. The heck kind of way to run a shop is this?

It is worth going to the mall location. This location is a licensed vendor and that's it. Will not honor GNC policies especially returns if items are ordered online. Aggravating that GNC advertises that online returns can be returned in any store. Well not here and they will try to send you to the mall location. Wasting your time. After a few visits with very rude employees the last one where I asked if he was a manager. The guy offers to call the manager because "he will tell me the same thing." No need. I will tell you the same thing. You won't make another dollar off of me.

Noah was very Knowledgeable and helpful with the right products that would help me accomplish my goals. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran and do not give compliments unless a person displays exemplary effort performing duties and tasks. Noah really created an impressive GNC experience.

I love this GNC because they have the best customer service and always help me with deciding what products to getBeing a GNC rewards member is pretty nice if you go there a lot because you’ll get $5 off sometimes and you also get this little kit with samples of preworkout and vitamins stuff like thatAlso at this GNC one employee told me you can return a protein powder if you end up not liking it which is super nice because I’m always scared to try new protein powders but now if I don’t like it I can just return

Just moved here from Chicago. Customer service hasn't been all that great around here, so I have to brag. I just got off the phone with a wonderful associate named Lucas. His customer service was on point! I called in regarding some concerns/questions I had with a product and he talked and walked me through everything so nicely. He was professional and I didn't feel rushed or like he was just pushing me to call customer service like some tend to do. He took his time, he wasn't lazy with his answers and genuinely seemed happy to go over things with me. More of his vibe everywhere please!

I just had the worst experience at this GNC. I went in to exchange one of their protein powders because I couldn't tolerate their flavor. Long story short: I felt disrespected and taken advantage of by the store associate.Thanks for nothing!
