All I’m saying is, If you don’t know how to cut a certain hair style. SAY THAT, instead of butchering my kids hair. I will say, Kayla is the girl we ALWAYS use and she does a FANTASTIC job. She was not at the salon that day so we opted to try Dory instead. Kind and friendly, But didn’t communicate at ALL and also destroyed my daughter’s hair. A week before school starts no less. Won’t be going back unless I know the one decent person in the salon is available.

Experience bad internet connection with check-in,
Hairdresser not experience with the pixie styles.
I just needed a trim up with my uncut. And a little trim with the crown, 😏

Didn't have an appointment waited about an hour there over worked and only 2 girls working the snowflakes with there appointments kept showing up customer service means nothing anymore will go elsewhere

I came to this location hoping for a change after moving and growing out my son's hair, apparently they don't know how to cut hair. I am so disappointed it seems the stylist was in a rush and didn't even care to brush out the hair from my son's face. I will not come here again.

Not sure where these people learned to do business, but first impressions are everything to me. Just moved here and needed a cut, walked in and we were not greeted instead it was “did you sign in?!” Overlooked that and decided to wait, only two people ahead of us, wait as those two get taken to get their hair cut, next chair opens and this fat, green haired meatball instead of taking the next person takes someone else that she obviously knows….. do not spend your money here as it is the only way people like this understand how to treat others! Already looking at moving from this grease pit of a town!
