I literally never been to Gainesville Fl and moved here 2 months ago. I paid them $443.16 last month and just received another bill this month for $503. I live in an apartment. I’m confused 🤔 what’s going on???? I heard how horrible this company is but this crazy

Hey GRU, fix your website so we can pay our bills. This happens all the time with your antiquated system. I’m not paying a fee to use my debit card when you can take it from my account. And if flcu is the problem that is between your two. Very professional I must say for a multibillion dollar company to run so terribly.
