Cheena was super friendly and professional, I got the Swedish full body massage with hot Himalayan stones. It relaxed and relived tension I was holding in my shoulders. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Would come again

The atmosphere when you walk in is consistent with our original location we joined over 4 YEARS Ago. Upon moving here they called and cancelled my membership so that I would have to pay higher fees. My rates were less than Florida and they did that without my permission. Then as my son is disabled all appointments go through me for confirmations. They confirmed with him even thought I had WALKED in and cancelled our appointments, since they are next to a great restaurant and bakery I know I did. What did they do? Charge my son and I $79 for a cancellation stating they spoke to him. The District Manager, all of 24, was rude and condescending stating that I never cancelled. It took 13 days and calling over 5 times to finally be given some corporate number. This is still ongoing and my original H&S who still asks about my family is mortified for how my family has been treated. We currently have our membership reinstated with our NC location and they will not let us come in unless we pay $158 in no show fees for an appointment I cancelled. They have children running this store. You must ask for more experienced staff when you go in otherwise you will get the person who is fresh out of school. I prefer someone experienced. I am appalled that owners would treat established clients like this.

Had a facial today with Malia and it was fabulous!! She’s very knowledgeable and gets excited about her products and service. She did a wonderful job! I’ll see her again next month.Also got a massage from Cheena. She’s my go -to every time. I won’t book unless I can get in with her. She’s been doing this for 31 years and she’s strong and smart about pressure points and physiology. She never disappoints!Both deserve 5 stars!! So do the support team! Highly recommend this business if you want to treat yourself!

Arrived today to a much needed massage apt and was denied because Im undergoing cancer treatment (not in the back or any area that would have affected the massage). Maybe trust that your patients know their own bodies.

The atmosphere is lovely. All of my massage experiences have been well worth it. Watch your invoice though. Mine was incorrect once and needed to be changed. They were very friendly. My top choice when I schedule a massage.

DisappointedI spent over $700 to get gifts for my family with this company. We used our promotional gift cards for our anniversary. They took my fiancé back 10 minutes sooner, and forgot about me 10 minutes later. I requested a hot stone massage, and they forgot about me again and didn't give me the service I had asked for. The therapist didn't care, the staff didn't care. I wish I hadn't wasted so much money. I hope my family doesn't get the same awful service I received since they are in other locations.

Don't get sick and have to cancel. Go sick anyway and get staff sick. They charge 100% even if you have flu A and are saving them exposure.
