If it goes on sale, dont come to this store. Go to Starke or Palatka cause Gville wont have it!!! Spent more on gas to get there to no avail even after calling first. Only stop in this store if i happen to be in the area. Come on corperate, send them inventory or just close this store.

2/7/25 My husband went to return a tool at 7 pm. When he bought it, he was not told about a certain time for returning it. Apparently, you can't return after 7 pm. The cashiers need to be trained on returns and the policy. The manager allowed the return but complained to my husband about other customers' returns. No manager should ever do that in front of a customer or to a customer.

Five-Star Review: Exceptional Return Experience!
I had a fantastic return experience at the store. A friendly manager greeted me warmly outside, which made me feel welcome. I was there to exchange a generator, and the manager promptly assisted with an override. The staff was incredibly helpful, even loading the generator into my Ford Focus SEL with the help of a kind stranger. I left feeling appreciated and satisfied. Such attentive service is rare—highly recommend!
