Awesome experience renting from Hertz at the Asheville Airport location and drop off in Gainsville Airport. Customer service was the best part. Vehicle was in great condition.

Brian was rude and disrespectful.
Also, there is no need for a Hertz employee to be taking commands from an Avis car rental employee.
All around disrespectful and unprofessional.

Minnerva and Paris were so professional and helpful during my first time. I travel a lot for work so it’s extremely important for me to have a vehicle to rent. Thanks to these two ladies I will continue to rent cars from Hertz in Gainesville, Florida

Brian and Avis at the Gainesville Airport were so knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate how they helped me with my reservation as I originally was supposed to arrive at a different airport. Thank you Brian and Avis for the polite smiles and professionalism!

The employees were great but I thought I was getting a mid size SUV and received a 4 door car. Low to the ground which will not be fun on 75 around semi trucks!!

Watch out for hidden fees. Charged $75 outside cleaning fees. The car wasn’t any dirtier than any other rental cars I have used.

I highly recommend Hertz at the Jacksonville Airport. Harrison , the young man who helped us was so kind and nice. We had a long day of delayed flights and we had to fly into Jacksonville instead of our hometown and rent a car to drive home. We had to get home today so we could attend a funeral of a childhood friend tomorrow. Harrison and Hertz made this process absolutely painless and pleasant, even under our difficult circumstances. We will 100% use Hertz for our rental cars in the future.

This location went above and beyond to make sure I got where I needed to go.
My inbound flight kept getting delayed, putting our arrival well past expected, and their team member Avis was more than understanding and accommodating when it came to staying later.
Because of her service, I was able to avoid lengthy and costly further trip delays and get on my way to my final destination. I am a frequent traveler who rents with Hertz ~30 times per year and this just solidified why I continue choose them over competitors. Thank you Avis!!

no customer service, you can’t call in and talk to a person - signed me up for $300 insurance when I didn’t opt for it - no way to get it taken off without going in person- terrible associate at the airport, do not recommend
