This location never has the vehicle I reserve online, regardless of how early I reserve it. Their customer service has much to be desired and their cars are poorly maintained.

I've been renting from Hertz rental for yrs. Most of my experiences have been great. One of my worst was when I had gotten charged for smoking $100 when no one smoked. Ashes got on the vehicle from the fire works I attended, and if any smoke smell it came from folks smoking around the car. This last incident I had gotten an upgrade because of the shortage of cars. It had baby roaches in it a lot. But this gentleman that I returned the car too went far and beyond to male it right. This gave me a different outlook on hertz him alone. Wish I had his name black African American gentleman that kinda floats around to other stores.

This is the ONLY place I will rent a car from. Tim, Jerome and Brittany have ensured my enjoyable car rental experience for a long time. As a Gold member I could not be more happy. Hope they are able to get more Ford products!

We have used this facility multiple times. We are extremely satisfied with Hertz and this location. They bend over backwards to make sure we are happy. The whole process is so easy!! We would definitely recommend this Hertz location to anyone! AND we have!

Horrible experience. Made a reservation online only to come all the way and find out they had no cars available. What is the point of reservations then? I was then forced to agree to pay extra money because I really needed a car and they only way they'd rent one out to me is if I upgraded. Very disappointed.
