Multiplies times I come here and they have false advertising. All the bikinis were under signs that said $5. Go the register they are $20 a peice. Top and bottom. They are that desperate for customers???? Breaking laws.

The place is your typical H&M, but there are no smiles and no greetings. Customer service is non-existent. From the walk in to check out there was no interaction despite my conscious effort. I guess that's just the new world we live in. Greatly disappointed, I prefer the Lakeland Mall store.

They had signs for buy 1 get 3 free mix and match all over the store. Becuase I saw it over some shirts I grabbed 4 obviously. I go to check out and they hit me with the total. I ask about the signs and it turns out it's only for the back wall rack? What kind of advertising is that? Ridiculous.

What is the WORLD coming to. IT WILL be along time before I go shopping again .I was at the H M in Gainesville Fl . I Went to check out(2) WORKERS at the check Out was having their own little conversation. NOT greeting ? me...Out of the Blue she tells me the Total. BUT she ask do I want a bag .I said a Bag to take what I brought .When do or DID they start CHARGING for a shopping bags at a Mall. REALLY H /M ... They NEED ?MONEY that bad ? So No bag and you just Walk out with your Stuff like a Fool. You just Lost A Customer.....

Great location, great selection of clothes at great prices, but the staffing is questionable. Employees are minimal, or they simply stay out of sight. I have been there about 5 times in the past 3 months. I usually have only seen two employees in the store at a time --thru the week. In the one instance that I had seen more than two employees in the store, the store was a mess. Clothes randomly placed in wrong area, clothes/hats/socks on the floor, and all disarranged. This made my time finding sizes difficult and lengthy. When I thought they didn't have my size, I found the item in another area of the store completely by chance. I usually spend an hour or more sorting thru sizes and looking in other areas for clothing out of place. Additionally, in that odd moment that there were more than 2 employees on the floor, they were socializing and not engaging the customers or cleaning up. Horrible management! I did a test placing a suit coat, slacks, and white shirt in a totally different section of the store and out of place --on a Friday. Went back on Monday and saw it was still there. It is too bad as this is a nice store and location, but "time management" is not exercised. Either the store doesn't have a management team or they are not trained properly. Ultimately, I purchase clothing online, as I found out on my own about membership deals and benefits that aren't in the store. I simply used the store to just try on sizes.

Good quality for reasonable prices if you avoid the teen section. The fitting rooms are unisex and all ages, including children, with only a curtain for privacy which is pretty creepy. I made sure all items were returnable before buying.
