Yolanda at the 13th street location is very nice, not pushy when asking if you would like to sign up for a Home Depot credit card. She also asked if I was able to find everything that I was looking for. I appreciate the quality customer service at this location.

Love my new fridge! I have a roomy fridge, 2 bins in the door, a veg crisper and three shelves!My kitchen in small and this appliance fits perfectly!The delivery guys were perfect and on time!Update12/02/2023Still have this fridge and its still going fine!I still love it!D

I purchased a microwave oven at Home Depot and have had problems with it. I called the phone number I was asked to call but was left feeling quite disappointed. I went to discuss my situation in person, and was assisted by Rich in customer service. He is very calm and kind. He listened attentively to what had happened and immediately made me feel like he sincerely cared about my concerns. He helped me to pick out a replacement microwave, and explained the insurance options which I chose. Because of him, I left feeling very happy and grateful. He does a wonderful job. Thank you, Rich!

Purchased a tool chest and had three employees at the register to enter product. Told them that I need help to load it for a second. Told them I had a trailer with a ramp and the chest was on wheels. All three of them said they could get hurt trying to load it but would call someone. Waited awhile and no help came. Started to load it myself and luckily a customer helped me wheel it up the ramp

On October 31, 2023, we purchased a shed from the Garden Center. There's a lot to navigate with online purchases, and our customer service rep, Bryce, was beyond helpful every step of the way. Regrettably, I had to call him several times over a period of two days, with questions pertaining to both the shed, itself, and the online purchase, and each time he assisted patiently. I was especially impressed with his initiative. If he didn't have an answer to a question asked, he found one. I can't thank Bryce enough. Home Depot, I strongly urge you to offer him a promotion and an accompanying beefy raise, You are extremely fortunate to have him in your employ.

Stopped in at Home Depot yesterday solely on a whim just to gather exterior door color ideas. Jacob, the NEW (and handsome ) paint associate was just the sweetest thing! He quickly greeted me with a smile and hello, not only was he incredibly kind, helpful, and already so knowledgeable, but he never once made me feel rushed WHILE HELPING me pick the perfect shade of yellow! I was so happy with my experience, before I knew it, I was walking out with my PERFECT shade of yellow, 4 paintbrushes, and 2 paint trays! Bravo Home Depot ? ? They don’t make them like they use to, but Jacob is a keeper!!

If I could give the store zero stars, I would. The INCOMPETENCE is unbelievable. I placed a $700 over a week ago over the phone, and specifically told the employee we cannot have an 18 wheeler truck deliver it, we live on a dirt road. We ordered all of our kitchen appliances from Home Depot and they have delivered without a problem in a huge box truck. They said it wasn’t a problem and they would make a note NOT to send an 18 wheeler and would deliver that Monday. Monday comes and we wait home all day, only to receive a text message that our delivery cannot be delivered. We call the store, and wait 10 minutes before even being connected to a gentleman who was so rude and dismissive and had no idea what was going on. He puts us on hold for another 5 minutes, and gets back on the phone and says “you ordered it from the other Home Depot in Gainesville, not this store.” I said “but this is the phone number that it said to call on the text message we received!” He literally said he doesn’t know what to tell us and to call the other store to figure it out. So we call the other store, and after going back and forth for HOURS between both stores, where neither of them wanted to help us, we figured out we did in fact call the correct store the first time, however they didn’t have the materials we needed, so the OTHER store was fulfilling the order, but could not help us with delivery since it was placed at the other store. We waited the entire day without a phone call from anybody. Two days go by, and we receive a call from somebody who says they will talk to their manager and figure it out for us. We waited all day with no call back. The next day I call AGAIN and ask to speak to a manager, who said he would look into it and call us back. An hour later a woman calls us with an attitude and says “your order can’t be delivered because the 18 wheeler won’t fit”. I told her when we made the order over a week ago we SPECIFICALLY said it cannot be an 18 wheeler and they told us it was fine. She said “well whoever made that order needs to learn that your whole order won’t fit in a box truck”. I asked if we get rid of the 50 garden posts and only do the 12 foot roofing panels can you deliver it in a box truck? She said yes, and we confirmed delivery for this upcoming Monday. TODAY IS SATURDAY and the manager called us to tell us the box truck won’t fit and they cannot deliver. WHAT?! HOW!? You sent a HUGE truck 5 months ago to deliver our $3,000 worth of kitchen appliances. I just do not understand this! This has set us back so much, has costed us money because we are paying laborers, and the amount of stress and time this has costed us is unbelievable. As I write this, we still have no idea where our $700 is or what’s going on. They told us to call back on Monday. I am so frustrated, so angry, and nobody cares or will help us.

Brice was so helpful and spent at least 30 minutes with us testing a grill today. Never seemed rushed, very knowledgeable, he made the whole experience enjoyable. Everyone we encountered in this store today was very helpful. Best Home Depot experience we have ever had.

$800 for a ONE DAY rental of a back hoe... the machine was governed out, we originally rented it for. a week, took it back because it wouldn't break small tree roots, charged for the first 4 days, were told the last 3 were free I guess. whatever....it's a POS.
