The place to go for home repairs. The workers are very knowledgeable,and it's abig store. So ask for help ,the guy in plumbing had me out the door in just a few minutes and set me up with exactly what I needed. I was really pleased when I got under the new kitchen sink and everything went right together.

I go in there the boys are friendly enough but the ones I don't have much knowledge in anything.
When in the store four separate times asking for help to find something I wanted. A UV flashlight, J-B weld UV glue with a light, decorative cabinet handles, honeysuckle plants. I had to show them a picture on my phone each and every time because they didn't know what I was talking about. I usually wander around untill I find it myself.

We were sold a French door that can’t have blinds attached after we specifically told the sales guy that we had to have blinds. We only were told we could not put blinds on them from the installer after they were done. We have made numerous attempts to have Home Depot to resolve the issue they created will absolutely no follow through. I’ve been told by several managers that they will figure it out but never get back with me.
And the French door isn’t even done! It didn’t pass inspection and there has been zero contact from Home Depot to finish this project. So frustrated and will never buy from Home Depot because of the terrible customer service and deceptive sales. Beyond frustrated

While visiting Gainesville, FL, this was the first Home Depot I’ve ever been to where I was asked if I needed help four times. Every area I passed through had a friendly associate. I was surprised at first! Not only did I get help, but the associates were genuinely caring and checking in on me without me asking. That’s real customer service. I’m not sure if this is normal for Gainesville or if this store is exceptional, but where I’m from, it’s usually harder to get assistance than it was here.

I had a washer and dryer delivered, they checked it to make sure everything worked they said everything worked great, when I went to go dry my clothes it did not dry or get hot at all.
When I called Don Radford he said there's nothing we can do for several days and that's all he said is NOTHING I CAN DO! IT SHOULD BE CALLED NO DEPOT NOT HOME DEPOT.

Awful experience, I asked the lumber supervisor if she could cut some 2x6's. She said wait here and I'll have someone cut them for me, just give her a little time. 45 minutes later, I went over to the customer service counter and asked the same thing. They told me, take the lumber to the saw area. Why wasn't I told that in the first place? I guess next time I'm going to Lowe's. The gentleman who cut the boards for me was very pleasant.

Needed a sheet of wood, the employee told me to “go grab a cart and pointed me in the direction of where I can get it cut” kind of thought maybe he could help me bring it but okay. THEN I couldn’t find a cart so I asked an employee and they said “ Well, if you didn’t find them down at the other end, then they’re in the parking lot. I can’t help you.” Quite disappointed with the service of these two men.
