This dealership has been amazing to work with. I flew in to purchase a car. When I was leaving I discovered an issue with the car’s radio, and from there it was downhill. However, the team went above and beyond to fix the issue for me. They put me in a hotel to see if they could get the issue fixed overnight. The next day they temporarily fixed the issue so I could get home. They ordered the part, got it shipped to my home, and paid to get the radio fixed. I was skeptical and frustrated at first when dealing with the situation, but they went out of their way to correct the situation. I dealt with Meredith, Heather, Paul, Joey, and Edwin. They were all a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.

My 21 daughter bought a beautiful Honda crv on 10/31/25. Her sales people Jimmy and Hayley were beyond helpful and both worked extremely hard to get my daughter the exact car and price she wanted to pay. If you’re looking for a vehicle i would definitely stop by this location and ask for either one of these sales people. Thank you Jimmy and Hayley you made my daughter’s experience at buying her 1st new car a breeze. We will be buying at your location for years to come.

I always took my car to the dealer. I thought they were better and knew better about Honda cars. Until last week I found the cap for the break fluid was lying randomly under the hood. Think about that.

Horrible experience. They trashed my car when I brought it in for an oil change. Definitely go else where for car maintenance. Now they won't stop sending me mail after that one visit almost two years ago. Also, they never followed up with me with my survey I did after my visit.

I won't be exaggerating if I say that Honda of Gainesville was honestly one of the worst dealership encounters I’ve ever had.
I'm so regretful I didn't check the reviews first before going in. The way we were treated seems to be a pattern at this dealership—unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful to customers’ time and trust.
I strongly advise anyone to be cautious before doing business with them.
On their website, they advertised a lease offer with no down payment, but when we visited the dealership, we were suddenly told that we needed to pay $2,000 in “fees.” After days of texting, phone calls, and wasted time, we were finally offered a lease for a Honda Accord at $400/month with $2,000 down.
We made an appointment, went in ready to finalize the deal, and spent over three hours at the dealership —signing half the paperwork—only for someone to come up at the end and tell us we now had to put $3,000 down “because I’m new in the country.”
At that point, after wasting my entire day off and getting halfway through the process, it was extremely difficult to walk away. Everything from the inconsistent numbers to the sudden “policy changes” felt like a set up.
It felt like one of those old-school bait-and-switch silly tactics—lure customers in with attractive deals, then change the numbers once they’re already invested.
Honda of Gainesville needs to do better. I expected honesty and transparency, but instead found manipulation and frustration. I do not recommend this dealership. If you are a new doctor in the country trying to lease a Honda, STEER CLEAR of this dealership.
