This is the first (and last) time I purchased an over priced ham from Honey Baked Ham. It was mostly fat and bone with very little ham. It wasn’t worth the price!

I get a ham here for Christmas every year and every year the price goes up. I always love their hams but this year the ham I got (a while Bo less ham) split down the middle it just was breaking apart instead of being g a whole slice and it was dry. I was so disappointed that this could happen. For the price charged I expect the ham to stay together and not be dry. May be looking for another place to get my ham next year because I was so embarrassed yesterday.

Bone in ham was terrible this year. Not the sweet taste, just plain ole ham. Not worth the cost. Probably never will go back.

Picked up a ham this morning for thanksgiving. Same size as last year and they doubled the price. You have now lost my business. This is what greed gets you!

Five stars across board. Young people working there are great. Only one negative. NO LEMONS! How can you have iced tea without ?. Hahahahaha ?

I called and asked if any ham bones were available for sale. They said "yes" and someone else yelled they were "BOGO". I verified the BOGO with the person who answered the phone. 35 minutes later I arrive at the store. They were NOT BOGO and I had already offered the free one to friend. I had to buy two bones. There were several, too many, people behind the counter. No one was willing to honor what was said on the phone. One lady came out of the back and even started to ring me up after I had already paid. Very poor customer service, except for the young man who rang up the purchase.

I ordered a 9 pound ham online and when I got to the store, they said they didn’t have any except 11 pounds. They were all sold out . I had gone to the store earlier in the week to make sure I had a ham reserved. Very poor service. Disorganized when I complained enough they found me a 9.8 pound ham go figure.!
