It's nice to know that there are still open malls. Although Gainesville is quite far for me to go. I had to take care of a few things, so I popped in the hot topics, and it's a really fun little store that offers very unique merchandise.

The employees here were so nice and helpful! I got some awesome Coraline stuff. They informed me that there was a discount on them where if you buy jewelry you get one 50% off. I didn't realize that if I used my discount that I got from the movies it would get rid of the in store discount lolol. That was a mistake on my part. They were all very helpful and still let me use the movie discount thing. Sorry for causing them a bit more trouble, just wanted to say they were all awesome!!!

I have been shopping at the Gainesville Hot Topic store for well over a decade. In recent years, the customer service at this location was almost nonexistent, but my last few visits over the past couple months have been very pleasant! The new manager is very nice, so I’m happy to see that the store is being taken in a new direction.
