I never thought I would say this after filing with H&R Block for years that they are horrible like since when do I receive a paper check for someone else’s mistake and then ask me why I gave the wrong account number when I told you that you logged in the wrong information but still logged in what you wanted to log in then no one tries to fix the problem I think I’ll take my business elsewhere like I would never have known this is H&R Block information

I have my taxes done in H&R Block this year and it was a good experience cuz I didn't have to wait very long cuz I made an appointment day before but there wasn't but maybe one other person there when I got there so I didn't have much of a weight I felt as of the tax prepared to her time when doing my taxes listening to me and answering my questions I would definitely recommend H&R Block as far as tax preparing service

We set a one hour appointment to do our taxes, waited 30 minutes for our “set” time. Then they proceeded to just take our paperwork and do our taxes later since they had an appointment right after us (could’ve got it done if they saw us at our set time)…but they finally did our taxes two weeks later and we proceeded to pay our $800+ fee for them for doing so. SEVEN WEEKS go by and we have not received any tax returns or update on our taxes. Thankfully we called to ask them what’s going on, come to find out they never submitted our taxes due to not having my email. So for SEVEN WEEKS they knew they didn’t submit our taxes but didn’t bother to reach out to us but GLADLY took our $800+ fee. What a joke, the most unprofessional situation I have ever been apart of.

I need answer on why my cousin email address was on my profile and this my first in counter with this company and when I went there the same day I found that out they couldn’t find my information anywhere in the building so I’m a little lost about this and I need help finding this out.

Andrew Rothenberg helped me my first time at H and R; he was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Was quick with his work while we had simple conversations in between. My refund was accepted within an hour. I recommend the place, especially Andrew! (22 years+ experience)

3/6/2022. The woman who I had my appointment with was very unknowledgable. She had to keep asking other tax professionals for clarity and search on google for help. She reported certain items that was'nt income as income; which would have lead to us owning the irs a sizeable sum. When I said that I would have to discuss things with my husband before fileing she freaked out, got an attitude, got loud and said she loves working for nothing. I just needed clarity and another form from my husband. She also kept going on about her kids and personal problems.I as the customer had to defuse her.Needless to say we will get my taxes prepared with another company. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
