I'll be the first to leave a one star review. I understand this is the last day to file but, I'm disabled, haven't worked in years, am 65 years old and have been trying to get some answers with NO avail. Really?? What's with all the high reviews?? Ridiculous. I understand I'm LATE but, that doesn't mean this place should be ignoring people who need help. I guess I'll have to file late? They are short staffed? nd now I just noticed many of the 5 star reviews come from years ago. No wonder. ??

I've had h&r block for years taking care of my taxes and my tax preparer Heidi Case is wonderful every year I look forward to working with her. She's very professional and answers all my questions and makes it an easy process.
