Absolutely the best computer repair shop! Plus, they're helping the environment by buying used computers and fixing them. Bought a used MacAir for $125, a great deal. They took a heavy business hard drive, neutralized it, and got rid of it for free. They install open-source Linux as an operating system, which helps demonopolize the industry. I love this place.

Incredible place. I asked to have a part replaced in my build hoping that it would fix my computer. A short time later they got back to me to let me know that the problem was worse than I anticipated. They were very kind and gave me great advice on how to proceed, and to top it off they charged me less then agreed upon becuase the specific job I asked for did not fix my computer. they had no reason to do that besides the goodness of their own hearts. I will be back for all my needs and so should anyone reading.

I had a warning that my CPU fan was faulty and not to start my computer so I took it to Impact Computers where I had been once before where I was given good advice about an old notebook I had.David had a look and fortunately had had a replacement fan and fitted it there and then while I waited he also booted up my computer to check all was well which it was I paid for my new part and returned home with my PC 1st Class service as usual I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great used computer selections, constantly changing, …And even better service, repairs and advice. As an older guy, with limited tech knowledge, Impact Computers has been a GREAT resource.David and John are knowledgeable, patient and kind. This is a (very) small business, and sometimes certain hours can be busy… But a little patience goes a long way here.I’ve bought two computers, had several repairs and tech issues, and recommended them to close friends.ALL these experiences went well.I heartily recommend them!

I had the worst experience there today. My heart is still palpating. He handed me my laptop and chased me out of the building to tell me that it's not his responsibility to suggest that I wait for the laptop or just go home and he'll call me when he has checked out the laptop.All he had to say, "yes, I think it's best for you to go home. I'm quite busy right now". I would have complied. I've used their services several times in the past. I guess I will have to take my black self somewhere else. I have referred people to them many times. God's will be done.

David is a stand up guy with incredible knowledge and passion for computers. He will do his best to see the right fix or fit for a new machine is served with a smile. Very happy with my experiences and my new computer, she runs like a striped cheetah! All the lovely handmade art in the store is also for sale by the way.

bought a prebuilt (somewhat budget) gaming rig from them, 800$ well spent about a year and 4 months ago. didn't come with a disk drive, as most things nowadays don't. my Wi-Fi adapter came with a disk with the drivers for it on it, but again, as I didn't have a disk drive, I couldn't use it. I called them and they said come on by and they'd fix it. they gave me a new Wi-Fi adapter with the drivers already onboard, so no disk needed. 10/10 will be buying a new gaming rig from them in the next 6 moths or so, as this one is starting to show the ill effects of age and cheaping out on a gaming pc.
