After reserving a unit, I had some trouble finding it because I reserved a drive-up unit that was in a separate parking lot. I called the customer service line and they were more than helpful! The manager also called the next day to ensure that we didn't have any issues.

Great experience for storage unit. Easy to access and rent online without having to talk to a human. The only time you have to talk to them is when you want to end your rental. First month free makes it for a super worth it deal if you are looking for a 2 month rental option.

The storage unit was nice and clean, very few bugs. Our only complaint is the prices dramatically increased twice, so we had to cancel it. I'm surprised the prices increased by almost $40 in our time there when absolutely nothing changed about the storage unit or what it offered.

The facility was clean, well taken care of, the electricity for the AC unit never failed. The employees were polite and took care of things promptly. I was always able to access my belongings and come and go as I please. Truly a great storage experience!

Storage depot is great. Colton from the office was very helpful in setting things up with clear start and end dates, and detailed quotes for each month of units of different sizes. Great work by great trustworthy guys!

Office staff was very professional, they were able to answer all of the questions we had and were able to help us with what we needed. Prices were affordable and units were clean. So far I had an excellent experience.

Everyone one was pleasant, easy to talk to, and informative. I even made an error in an online payment and one of the staff members helped me fix it by using his computer and walked me through the steps. The overall experience was fast and easy as well. Thank you guys.

We have two units: one climate controlled the other not. Both were clean when we rented, are easy to access and serve our needs. The climate controlled space truly is: even on a hot day it is cool and comfortable in the space. Our interactions with the staff have been friendly and professional. Overall, our experience has been excellent.

I have rented from many storage facilities over the years, and this is one of the best! It offers a clean and safe experience for us renters and is very affordable. The manager wasn't just polite and professional, he also injected his calm and friendly personality to our transaction, which helped me destress from what can be a stressful move. The people working there are very courteous, friendly and always willing to help with any issues.
