I went there based on excellent recommendations, but what I received instead was complete DISAPPOINTMENT. HE IS EXTREMELY POOR IN TERMS OF COMMUNICATION. This is not a language barrier—he simply does not communicate clearly about the work he performs, what he did not do, or why.
I felt genuinely cheated. He was supposed to replace a very simple part on my car and calibrate it. ALL OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED IN THE MONEY HE CHARGED ME FOR KEEPING MY CAR FOR TWO DAYS, especially when the total job was supposed to take only 1.5 hours. Instead, he installed the part, gave an excuse for not completing the calibration, and told me to bring the car back next week—without any guarantee he’ll be able to fix it then and he will charge me extra for this.
My car is still showing all the warnings despite the installation.
Just because you charge less than your competitors does not mean you can compromise on professionalism or transparency. Not everyone drives a cheap car—PLEASE DO NOT TREAT OUR VEHICLES THAT WAY. Definitely never going back here and would not recommend it.

Quick, honest, and high quality service.
I brought my car in the morning to get the brakes bled, and they had it done same day, for a better price than others in the area. I mentioned I’d be replacing the brake pads myself, and they didn’t try to upsell me or push extra brake services, which I really appreciated. The work was done as quoted, no surprises at all. Highly recommend.

After being stranded on the road in a vehicle not able to start JC tried to tell me that my engine was dead and that buying and installing an engine at his shop would cost me $4,000
The very next day I towed my vehicle out of there, because according to him the vehicle would not start and he had been pushing it in and out of his shop.
Another mechanic went to check my vehicle as a second opinion and it started right up and I have been driving it since. In fact I drove it right to his shop for him to see me driving it. Was it a miracle that my car came back from death or was he trying to steal 4k?
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

It is weird to say this about a service mechanic, but they are the most honest shop I've come across in 20 years. But the weird thing is, they are actually the most legitimate, reasonable priced mechanics around. Only negative thing, is that they are always busy.

JC is a great mechanic. He always gets me in and is reasonable with prices. It feels the way working with a mechanic (and any service provider) should be. Simple and fair.
