Was satisfied with work. Doug janson was great. Did my taxes with his chairs padlocked together under desk.did not have my wife that day. Had to come back to Walmart three times to find someone working to get forms signed.

I sat here waiting for over FOUR hours during hours you were open, but nobody ever showed up to help me. Customer service said you were open until seven and should be there, or "may have left". I got here just before one and sat here waiting until after five.If you won't do your job, quit so someone else can take over. I had better not lose my refund over this!

This year our tax service was an excellent customer service experience with our tax preparer Gene Nelson. I would highly recommend him doing taxes for everyone if they need help with taxes or want an increased tax return.
