If I could give it zero stars I would! I went for a hair cut and color and my hair is lopsided and there is a chunk that is a whole inch longer than the rest of it!

We got a few things from here had to wait for at least 30 mins for check out then we get up there and the lady slowly checks are stuff out at the end of the order she couldn't get one of the tags off so she tells us that we half to go all the way to the back of the store to do a refund to switch the one sweater out that she couldn't get the tag off of there was only one person standing in line behind us and she didn't even really try so I go to the back and there is a line there with 4 people just to wait yet again to now get a refund on an item the lady couldn't get it off. And when I finally get there the lady said oh I can get that off and guess what she got it off so much of my time wasted standing in line because of a cashier that didn't want to apparently do there job was very upset and I will not go back again to spend a godly amount of money just to wait in lines for ever. They need to do something about this for sure

All the staff at the The Oaks Mall in Gainsville, FL were super friendly and helpful, however, JCPenny you need to do better! How do you open a store with a disgusting filthy women bathroom! I was there at 11 AM and used the bathroom immediately at open. Trash was full and all over floor as well as 2 stalls were unusable due to condition. Very disappointing!

I went into the store today to purchase a new purse. Two sales associate stood at the counter across the way from the purses eyeing me and instead of them coming over to see if I needed assistance, which I clearly did, they sent over a security guard and treated me like a thief. He stood in front of me eyeing my other purchases and tried to force me to the counter to pay for a purse when I clearly was not done shopping. He followed me and my child around the store and to the register when I was ready. And as I was leaving the store the alarm went off because the sales associate didn’t take the tag off of the wallet. It was embarrassing, disgusting and I’ve never been treated in such a manner. To work hard and then to be treated and humiliated in that way, I am just utterly disgusted.

It is a ghost town because of the lack of customer service, no shopping carts available on the side entrance of the store, except in the front. There is literally nobody in the store around. I am very surprised that this store is pretty erect since underperforming stores have been closed.

My beautian is great. The store is neat and clean but there use to be more clearance. Gone from an over abundance to hardly any at all.
